Jungkook- he is the main vocalist and dancer in the group. He is the youngest and his voice is the most stable when hes singing and dancing at the same time
Jin- He is a vocalist who only started singing when he join BTS (that was 2013). He originally wanted to be an actor and end up being an idol. His voice is also stable and he is the most underrated by many because he has no background in singing but actually in his solo 'Epiphany' Jungkook said that its was time for him to give the tittle 'main vocalist' to Jin because Jin improve so much.
Jimin- He is the vocalist and the main dancer. He is a top student in contemporary arts and hes voice is angelic and has unique tone. He often sing the highnotes in most BTS songs.
V- He is a vocalist and a dancer. He is known by his unique feature and deep soulful voice and has the widest range among the vocal line.
And all of them can reach highnotes. If you have time you can react to their solo songs:

I will add about Jin that he started singing pretty late when he was around 19-20 years old (at the moment he's 27). Prior to that age, he had no singing experience at all.
As well, as an acting student he had issues with singing because of his acting vocalization techniques.
Jin has also some songs and covers: Tonight (created by Jin himself), Mom, I love you, Autumn Outside the Post Office (these are covers of Korean songs)
and I will add jin isnt an underrated singer anymore, its a old story now he is the one of the most praised vocalists by music experts and panels and critics , Grammy , KMA, and ...
No Jungkook is a lead dancer hahah... main dancers are J-Hope and Jimin
You should check out the "BTS high notes and falsettos compilation" by Smile Hoya that one is better than this. Jin's voice is weaker because when he joined BTS He had absolutely no background in singing whatsoever So Basically he had to learn everything while the others we're already quite experienced. And yes the vocal line is Indeed Jimin, Jin, Jungkook and V

actually jin has the strongest voice and he is one of the member who got the most praised by critics , Grammy panel praised his high notes , falsettos , breath control his ability to change from his head voice to his chest voice easily with natural vibrato , his stability and ... , KMA (its like korean Grammy ) praised his high notes in fake love and the song won the song of hte year, MNE named his high note in Dionysus the best moment of the album and... he started with no experience but became one of the most praised vocalists of bts, they are all great vocalist , but jin and jimin does the high notes mostly, yes jimin did A5 and Bb5 a few times same with jin, then we have jungkook and V, V is baritone he doesnt do high notes as much but he is capable of singing high, jungkook is the main vocalist kinda like the glue and the most confident with the ad-libs. sadly it was a biased video that only showed jimin and jungkook, pls react to BTS Jin live vocals and high notes compilation updated (2020) by nayasa .
Im sorry but Jin does not have the strongest voice nor is he the most praised vocalist of BTS. Jin has come very far since he even atarted singing, but his falsetto technique is not at the level of Jungkook or Jimin if you watch any live perfs. As she explained, Seokjin has a choral tone to his voice, stylistically it is harder for him to do the same things as Jungkook and Jimin in his falsetto and overall his falsetto is still developing thus is why if you listen to songs such as Awake and Moon, even most parts of epiphany, Jin is more confident in using his chest voice or mix to belt higher notes, or using a very very soft falsetto. Whereas both Jungkook, Jimin have more confidence in that area. Seokjin built his vocals up from nothing and that should be commended but he still has a ways to go to grow certain areas of his voice. Like how Jimin seems to want to work on stabilizing and Jungkook should imo develop his lower register more. Taehyung has the best base technique but technique only helps you so far and he needs to learn more control over his tone because he gets garbled, and he should also, like jungkook, develop his lower register more bc while he is a baritone he is often singing tenor parts and bc of this he will literally "growl" some lines. And while yeah, this is acool technique to use he is using it bc he has a hard time reaching the notes comfortably and bc he did this in 2014 ALL the time, during American Hustle Life in the same year he had many visits to the doctor for his throat.
Anyways thought i should share what i think objectively speaking. I think praising each member is important but only for the right things. Objectively Jungkook and Jimin are the most praised vocalist in SK and globally and JK is the most praised in the industry. And we can see evidence of this due to the fact that he is often repeatedly chosen since 2015 for solo parts during award shows where all idols sing a song. He is best known for his vocals by other famous singers and critics. Taehyung is arguably the most praised within the fandom. Seokjin needs to be praised because at an older age than the rest he is at a level few can achieve but he is not by any means the most highly praised or strongest vocalist of BTS. I hate to break this up but if he were then Jin would be the main or at least lead vocal. Jin's voice is very choral and mostly sounds nice with ballads. BTS dont always make ballads and furthermore, ALL of the members sound good with ballads which means its a constant battle for jin to get lines period. Therefore a strong vocalist should be able to adapt to different styles of songs and make them their own each and every time. Objectively Jungkook and jimin are the best all rounders when considering this fact. I think Jin needs to work on what he really wants his tone to sound like and develop his falsetto- but if he wants to be more rounded he will have to modify how he goes about using his tone. For example you wont exactly find it to be better than the original if a country singer suddenly started singing hardcore rock music covers. It can sound offputting. It needs to be modified to be made their own, either the music or the tone. I think the reason why jin is not a higher ranked vocalist in BTS is bc most BTS songs are not suitable for his tone and that is not his fault as his skill is still great, but it is what it is and its why Jin has probably been evolving his vocal color lately. That is after all how they choose parts. They think of who would sound best in what part and they create specific parts for specific people. It often seems that whoever creates the parts often overlooks seokjin and adds his parts later.
All in all this was a high note compilation. The video wasnt biased, it was showing what was available in ratio bc jk and jm have so many high notes and in the high note category Jin is not that prevalent in ratio to all the others when you look at the entire discography of BTS. However I agree she should watch the jin compilation bc in videos like this, the ratio is off and at his and Tae's disadvantage.

Jin wasn't a singer and only learned after joining BTS. His vocal coaches taught him the singing skills that were lacking in the vocal line, focusing on belted high notes (as per an interview he gave). I respect your opinion that you think he is the weaker of them based on the video that you saw, but it might be useful for you to know why that might be the case. When/if you dig a little deeper in to BTS' song bank, you will see what use his voice has and how he fulfills the missing pieces. Don't count him out yet, he's also the only singer from BTS that has been recognized by the Grammy panel and labeled a "Silver Voice". If you are interested in hearing his wide range of vocal notes, I suggest listening to Dionysis.

In BTS earlier days, Jimin (Lead vocal) was the one incharge on most of the highnotes sometimes also Jungkook (main vocal) but now all 4 vocalists do their high notes alternatively depending on who sounds better for the song.

Hi, can you do the high notes in Jungkook Euphoria Song..
Jimin and Jungkook have a much higher singing voice than Jin and Taehyung (V) do, so it would make sense that there are more highnotes from them than from Jin and Tae. It also makes sense on how they can reach highnotes easier than Jin and Taehyung do. If you want to see more aspects of their voices i suggest you listen to their solo songs (im not putting in any of the covers that they did of other artists, neither am i putting in any songs with other people singing in them, just them alone).

In terms of high voice i would say jimin is the best but V has a deep more lower voice that's why he wasn't seen too much in this video so i'd recommend you to see some of their solo songs.

Jin's voice isn't weaker than Jimin. He can actually best notes better than Jimin sometimes and as high as him. In the crystal snow video where you said he was singing in falsetto he was actually belting which makes it much more difficult. Also this man started not knowing how to sing and learned very hard starting from the age of 20 years old (he practiced until 3am every day) so please be gentle on your words and respect him.
