We finally cracked 50 drivers for the last show of the season, huge thanks to those who continue to show up along with the new to have some fun & put on a show! I’d also like to thank Mark Labbe from Preferred Towing who has put a lot of effort in behind the scenes to organize & keep these events running. I hope you all enjoy the video, lots of great racing to finish the season! I also tested out some interviews with the drivers before the race, unfortunately I wasn’t able to get everyone in but it made for a great end to the video & test for next season! Thanks a bunch for your post. I've been following your spectator drags for several years now to the point where I've got to the point where I recognize several of the drivers and their cars. I was gonna put a separate video together with behind the scenes but was crunched on time, knew you guys would enjoy it & a nice touch to end the season. Will definitely do more interviews next szn

I don't watch NASCAR anymore. I watch this for hours. This to me is stock car racing the most pure form.
This is probably your best video. You might need a second camera man pretty soon, looks really legit. Good show everyone, really wish they had something like this here in the Austin Texas area.

the race at 42:54 was great. two lightweights from different eras and opposites ends of the world.
I knew people would love that race, a couple of ‘odd ball’ crowd favorites matched up & all in it right to the line !

My '75 is up to (no less than) 382K miles (seriously, it could be 482K or 582K), still with the same untouched drivetrain it had 250K ago when I got it... I'm about to roll the odometer for the 3rd time in owning it! Super stoked about that.
I'm gonna ride it out until something breaks. I'm super excited to hop it up with a nice motor and a 4 speed that I already have, but I'm SUPER curious to see how long the old stuff survives. I've been saying she'll pop any day now for years, but it just hasn't happened, no matter how mean I am to it... Suspension is definitely tired, but that's no biggie to me, just got to get around to getting the parts
Nobody makes cars this good anymore, and it's a damn shame...
Cars today are like most mechanics today i.e "when it breaks just swap it for a new one".
Rarely things get rebuild or restored in the automotive world nowadays (except classic cars of course)...hell cars from 1990s have already survived longer then most 2020 models will.

Strange, when you see them both next to each other if you didn't know the years the 99 Camaro would look newer or more modern than the 2020 Camaro.....

I really love those two lap races. I would also love to see them randomly pick the direction of the race. Clockwise and counter clockwise. This will eliminate the advantage people who have there car ser up for left turns.
Racing clockwise the driver has less protection from the wall
That could make sense. It does not look like they are going that fast. My guess is that they are in second gear. Maybe 75 tops?

@@THEDriverMod_ I usually let them jump a bit before releasing next one but it prob doesn’t effect it much. Posting more is always better but sometimes too much of these get lost in the algorithm..it really comes down to that first week after uploading normally

In 90% of these races, you can tell who's going to win in the first 2 or 3 seconds of the race.
