We have updated the rules and scoring as follows:
First ball = 3 points
Second ball = 2 points
Third ball = 1 point

This looks like a completely different course when you shoot it from these different angles.

I don't think a hole in one should stop your turn. Keep putting your 3 and just add the points with a possibility of 6 points for 3 made on one hole

Agree with the comments to putt all 3 balls. Just think comes down to the last hole and one of you needs all 3 hole in ones to win. Also no need to zoom in and slow-mo on lip outs. Spoiler and takes away from the shot. Just suggestions. Keep up the fun.

I do like the point system change, though I do have an additional idea that's probably too complicated for fun. Some holes are way easier than others, so I think it would be interesting to have different point scaling for different holes. For example, an easy hole would use the 3-2-1 scale, but a difficult hole would have a 5-3-1 or 5-4-3 scale. That way there might be an interesting balance between getting more holes-in-one overall VS getting some of the harder holes-in-one 🤔
Rather than give a difficulty rating to every hole, perhaps they just choose 3 extreme holes for the bonus scoring. 8, 9, 17
I enjoy the the Slow mo when the ball.lips out. I feel like it could be better if you included makes that lip in so that when the slow mo happens you do not know that it is going to miss.
Slow mo isn’t just on misses. Example: Steven’s putt on hole 12

I like the new rules, what about if you get a hole in 1 on your first try, 3 pts, you get a bonus shot on the next hole. Also a t-shirt saying "Could this be Eddie's tournament?!"
Would love to see the others in this challenge. Probably my favorite series so far and it's perfect with the new rules. Would be even more fun with an expanded field
Looks like a fun game. The hot hand wouldn't get near Danny today but slapped Steven silly. I'm surprised the Eddie/Tommy/Bella trio and the others didn't show up for this, its good practice.
Really like the widescreen format. Seeing the holes from different angles, especially lower and closer to the turf, really makes the undulations of the greens easier to see on camera. Fun format, too.

You guys should putt ALL balls each hole, even if you make a hole in one on the first or second ball. You should get points for every hole in one you make... i.e. if you get a hole in one with all three balls you can get 6 points on the hole. The point possibilities each hole would be 6, 5, 4, 3, 2 or 1 depending on which balls go in.
Love this format, and love the new challenge guys. Keep up the great content. And keeping it to one ball over all 3 kinda keeps it fair however counting all 3 balls would definitely put more pressure on.
Like this format but variations suggested by other commenters definite possibilities. Suggest you get others involved as they also have a knack for aces.

I love seeing this course in widescreen. It's the first course I saw on your channel and I still think of it as the OG.
Hole 3 looks so simple, but it always spoils your shot, always to the right.. Maybe try to line up a little off center and then aim to the left of the hole next time, instead of placing the ball on the straight line from the tee to the hole.
Hit all three puts for a max of 6 points per hole. Much more exciting.
They play this course all the time. I can’t believe they don’t know every nuance by now!

I like the new scoring. I was thinking of a very similar system where you count the holes-in-one as the main score, and if you tie and have the same amount of holes-in-one at the end of the round, it would come down to strokes that were not used in the round - basically, how many unused strokes did each of you have left over from making a hole in one on your 1st or 2nd attempt.

Also, if you tie in holes-in-one and have taken the same amount of strokes, the tie gets broken via fist-fight. 😃
@@johnnydropkicks My idea was take all 3 putts even if you make 1 and just add all points. But I do love the fist fight tiebreaker idea!
Shoot all three balls, if u make 3 holes in one, u get bonus points. That could get crazy if u played at Big Putts
One thing I detest about the challenge is how many times the ball lips out or around the edge. It almost seems like the rules of physics don't apply when you're golfing, bowling, or playing billiards.

Tier scoring should stop at the first put made regardless which hole it is then each subsequent put only count as 1. For example, if a hole in one is made on the first put the max will be five: 3+1+1. If a hole in one is made on the second put then the max would be three: 0+2+1 and so on.
Y'all need sound fx on this close up lip outs.. In my head I hear "Nope!" or a duck quack or something. lol
