I could be wrong but I thought you said in the deficit formula video for protein to times ur CURRENT weight by .8 to 1 ? Just wanna make sure im doing it right because here you said use your goal weight ?
The leaner you get the harder it gets when it intermittent fasting. it still works for me personally when you compare it to eating small meals throughout the day. When I eat small meals throughout the day it opens the floodgates and I get hungrier

Well Eric, I just found your channel. Thank you for simplifying the diet plan. I've been overwhelmed with all the different diets, times, etc. I am just going to stick to calories and protein, and try to keep my eating times about the same. I hadn't thought about why eating times would be so important, but that makes a lot of sense! I only want to lose about 10 to 15lbs (if I have more lean muscle on me and less fat then the number doesn't matter too much), but I have some consistent work to get back there. Thanks 🙂
I watched your calorie counting video, so I had a question for things that have servicing sizes like 4 slices of turkey lunch meat is a serving do you still want to weigh? Or another example like a bagel, if one bagel is a “serving” do you still need to weigh the bagel?
Your videos are perfectly informative and engaging and I really like learning from you. I have a question I can’t find the answer to! I am trying to reach a protein intake goal of 135g using your calorie counter, and I’m a vegetarian. I wondered if it’s okay to drink two protein shakes a day? It seems impossible to meet my goal without doing so. I’m eating two eggs and two whites omelettes, greek yogurt, peanut butter, lentils, tempeh/tofu and protein flax milk literally daily and It looks like I have to eat all of these protein heavy things every day just to get to 2/3 of my goal.

I’m not sure if you’ve addressed this before, but I’ve noticed there is a large amount of people that say no adult should be eating only 1,200 Cals. Because it’s just too little. Do you agree? I’m 5’3, 163lbs and I’ve been doing 1,200-1,300 cals. But eating things I have found that I like. If someone is able to stick to it without feeling starving all the time, do you think that range is ok or too little? Thanks!!!💜

What about hormones and affect of food in Body?
Hormones can affect calories in vs calories out, but it all comes down to being in a calorie deficit for your body.

A month is WAY too short to see any difference first off. You need to be thinking long term second you cannot spot reduce fat.

No brother u also have to count the cal in the protein which is 150x4=600 cal
There is 4 cal in each gram of protein
