    Thank you for another fascinating and informative video, Dr. Joy. I do plan to visit your clinic in the not-too-distant future, for stem-cell therapy, ozone therapy, and whatever else you deem most beneficial for my circumstances. Prior to that, I have been wondering about a couple things... Would you recommend intravenous s.c. therapy prior to getting dental implants, or would you think it more beneficial to wait until afterward? Also, I plan to do some extended fasting. Have you had any good or bad experience regarding a combination of stem-cell therapy and fasting? Again, thank you for sharing your knowledge with us, as well as your willingness to be your own guinea-pig (so to speak) with your acute injury mentioned in this video. I would think this will be very helpful for many people.

    We don't have this kind of liquid solution for human consumption; instead, it is available in tablet form. Each tablet contains 20 mg of methylene blue along with other components. The product is called Miclacol Blue F. In terms of dosage conversion with Brain Fog, more financially cheaper . In fact, it is specifically used for treating urinary infections. Could it also used for enhancing cognitive function?

    Did you say in your video that you don’t do any injections into the spine? If someone has pain in their spine, if it's due to inflammation, then the infusion IV would probably work, but have you noticed with your patients that the effects can last past 3 months?

    Here are some potential risks and side effects associated with methylene blue use: ● Cardiovascular: Hypertension and precordial pain. ● Central Nervous System: Dizziness, mental confusion, headache, and fever. ● Dermatologic: Staining of skin and injection site necrosis (subcutaneous administration). ● Gastrointestinal: Faecal discoloration, nausea, vomiting, and abdominal pain. ● Genitourinary: Discoloration of urine (at doses over 80 μg) and bladder irritation. ● Haematologic: Anaemia. Methylene blue is a monoamine oxidase inhibitor (MAOI). If infused intravenously at doses exceeding 5 mg/kg, it may cause serious serotonin toxicity (serotonin syndrome) if combined with any selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs) or other serotonin reuptake inhibitors. Methylene blue can also cause haemolytic anaemia in carriers of the G6PD (favism) enzymatic deficiency. It is important to note that while methylene blue can be used to treat methemoglobinemia, at high doses it can actually induce the condition

    I am not a medical person, but from my research on the web, I would be taking fenbendazole and ivermectin along with any standard for treatment. However, I would not tell the doctor that I was taking fenbendazole. I would follow in the footsteps of Joe Tippens, the TH-cam viral video which showed him recovering from stage 4 lung cancer after following the experimental cancer drug prescribed by his oncologist, but kept hidden the fact that he was supplementing with fenbendazole on the side. That was 6 years ago, and Joe Tippens is still alive and doing quite well. Many people have followed his path with great success over the years.

    You said something that struck a note with me because I am 80 years old. You said that as one ages their immune system declines and does not do autophagy efficiently and these dead or older cells that are not swept away causes more ageing and problems. Now, from what you said, Now I understand why I take spermidine and sometimes Fisetin supplements. Spermidine is suppose to help you with autophagy. So is Fisetin. So, the take away for me is that older people should be taking some kind of supplement that helps them with old senescent cells. But, I heard one longevity expert a few months ago on TH-cam say that you still need a few senescent cells in your body also because they serve some kind of function. You just don’t want to be overloaded with senescent cells. And, older people like myself probably have to many senescent cells. You have to find a happy balance somewhere. Finding that happy balance might be a little tricky however.

    • @PianoPatterns123
      @PianoPatterns123 7 ชั่วโมงที่ผ่านมา

      Topic: Senescent (Zombie) Cells • Introduction: Senescent cells, often referred to as “zombie cells,” have gained attention in recent years. • Negative Impact: These cells can negatively affect healthy surrounding cells and impair tissue function. • Exceptions: However, not all senescent cells are harmful. In certain tissues like the lungs, these cells can have beneficial effects. • Positive Role in the Lungs: In the lungs, senescent cells may reduce inflammation and enhance the regenerative abilities of lung fibroblasts.

    10:34 Hi Dr. Joy. I think you meant to say there was a difference between the stroke patients; otherwise, what would be the point of the story. When I looked it up it showed that the infarct size was smaller with the splenectomy prior to the stroke compared to no splenectomy. This is with most animal studies and no human studies were observed. Honestly, I would think it would do the opposite with the infarct being smaller having a spleen.

    • @JoyKongMD
      @JoyKongMD 8 ชั่วโมงที่ผ่านมา

      The involvement of spleen actually can cause an excessive immune reaction, leading to further attack on the damaged region due to the aggregation of neutrophils, etc... it may be counterintuitive, but unfortunately, sometimes nature can do the opposite of what we hope for...

    Centenarians often possess genetic markers that contribute to their long lifespans by promoting resistance to age-related diseases, maintaining healthy metabolic function, and protecting against cellular damage. Some key genetic markers and factors associated with longevity in centenarians include: 1. APOE Gene Variants: The APOE gene, which is involved in lipid metabolism, has three variants: APOE2, APOE3, and APOE4. Centenarians are more likely to carry the APOE2 variant, which is associated with a lower risk of Alzheimer’s disease and cardiovascular issues, while the APOE4 variant is linked to higher risks of these conditions. 2. FOXO3A Gene: This gene is involved in the regulation of the body’s stress response, insulin sensitivity, and inflammation control. The FOXO3A variant is found more frequently in centenarians, and it enhances cellular repair mechanisms and resistance to oxidative stress, key factors in slowing aging. 3. Telomere Length Genes (TERT and TERC): Genes involved in maintaining telomere length, such as TERT (telomerase reverse transcriptase) and TERC (telomerase RNA component), play a role in cellular aging. Centenarians often have genetic variants that allow for longer telomeres, which help protect chromosomes from damage and delay cellular senescence. 4. SIRT Genes (Sirtuins): Sirtuins, such as SIRT1, are a family of proteins that regulate cellular processes like DNA repair, inflammation, and metabolism. Genetic variations in sirtuins are linked to enhanced longevity by promoting metabolic health and protecting against age-related diseases. 5. DNA Repair Genes (TP53): Centenarians tend to have more efficient DNA repair mechanisms, which protect against mutations that can lead to cancer and other age-related diseases. Variants in the TP53 gene, known as the “guardian of the genome,” help maintain genomic integrity. 6. Mitochondrial DNA (mtDNA) Variants: Some centenarians possess specific mitochondrial DNA haplotypes that are associated with more efficient energy production and reduced oxidative stress, which contributes to healthier aging. 7. Inflammation-Regulating Genes (IL-6, TNF-alpha): Centenarians often carry variants in inflammation-regulating genes like IL-6 and TNF-alpha, which help control chronic low-grade inflammation (inflammaging) that typically accelerates aging and disease. These genetic markers, combined with lifestyle factors such as diet, physical activity, and social engagement, contribute to the remarkable longevity seen in centenarians.

    Sounds very strange (snake oil allert) to use tablets when you easily can make hydrogen from water, and such machines do exist and are not expensive. A quick Google search: "Many hydrogen water tablet companies may claim their tablets infuse a glass of water with a hydrogen concentration of 12 ppm, but these claims are misleading. Generally, the highest possible concentration of hydrogen in water is 1.8 ppm. Tablets are also inconsistent in the actual concentrations they provide, making them an unreliable source of hydrogen-rich water. Machines like Tyent’s ionizers, on the other hand, provide consistent levels of hydrogen concentration up to 1.8 ppm."

    I am 80, so I guess I have a stem cell deficit. But, maybe there is a way to make your body to keep on producing stem cells. 1. Methylation and DNA Synthesis: Choline is a key player in methylation pathways, which are vital for DNA synthesis and repair. Proper methylation is essential for stem cell maintenance and differentiation. Increased availability of methyl donors, like choline, might enhance the body’s capacity for cellular renewal. 2. Membrane Formation: Choline is a precursor to phosphatidylcholine, a critical component of cell membranes. This could support the health and proliferation of stem cells by maintaining membrane integrity during cell division. 3. Neurogenesis: Animal studies suggest that prenatal choline supplementation can enhance neurogenesis (the formation of new neurons) by influencing stem cells in the brain. However, there is less evidence regarding its effects on adult neurogenesis or other types of stem cells.
