Gabi, Thank you so much for this opportunity. I lost my daughter a few years ago and was diagnosed with a very rare incurable, progressive and painful disease called Adhesive Arachnoiditis. It has affected my mobility and put me in a position to no longer care for myself. I still try to be an optimist. I’ve been a mother since I was barely 19 years old. I’ve always been extremely active and taken care of everyone around me my entire life, even as a child. My youngest child just left home and I don’t know what to do with myself. I’ve always had good skin but with the trauma and health issues-autoimmune, menopause, etc..I’ve seen changes recently and I can’t afford to take care of myself. I nominate myself . At 16 yrs old I was burned from scolding hot water and spent 6 months driving back and forth to a burn treatment facility. Many scars have healed since then, and some third degree burns have not. My self esteem has always been fragile since. I am now in my late 40‘s . Although the emotional pain is still present , I have a different perspective. I chose to take care of myself and see my scar as lessons about determination, drive, and patience . Janet// I'm so sorry to hear about you being burned. I had a horrible kitchen accident while making spaghetti. I went to drain the noodles and one handle came off and the hot boiling water came down my body melting my skin off. I remember the hot slippery floor I was trying to get out of. I feel your pain. I was in the burn hospital/unit for 5 months. I wouldn't wish that pain on anyone. I always say I'd rather have 10 kids in a row then ever go through that. My burn doctor did do a lot of skin grafts which helped, but being in the burn hospital...was the worst. I understand the emotional damage it inflicts because to this day I'm really cautious about draining anything, so this is a warning for anyone out there. Be careful. Lots of love from one burn victim to another.❤❤❤

Hi Gabi, love you 😍 I nominate my sister - she has been a single mom to her disabled son for 19 years - all while working full time in a job where she helps other people with disabilities, and while also going back to school to earn two additional degrees and a certification in her field so she can help even more. She has dealt with severe anxiety since some childhood trauma occurred (not my story so won't go into details), but she spends her life giving back and her son is always her priority... which means she rarely does anything for herself. Even the few pedicures she does per year are so that she can take my dad with her as he is older and has bad nails that need extra care, and he won't do it if he has to go alone. I am 67 years old and was overweight and sick with you name it, all the things related to Metabolic Syndrome, Diabetes, High Blood Pressure, High Cholesterol, etc. I finally made the decision to have gastric bypass surgery and I am now off of 4 medications and feel great. What I don’t feel great about is how it left my face with sagging skin. I have always taken such good care of my face and it is so disappointing to see it like this. After retirement, Covid hit and for two years I had the wonderful job of having grandma daycare for all my grands. I have since cut back, but am still the back up for the grands, which I thoroughly enjoy! I enjoy learning about all the skin care products and advice that is given on this channel. While I do love the advice, being retired, I am on a limited budget, and try to stay within that. I just turned 57 and I am all about self care. I try to take care of my inner body as well as my outer body. I spent most of my adult life not valuing myself. I finally got the courage to put effort into me. His mother was with us for 4 years before her passing and mine was with us for 10. Needless to say, I frequently frequently neglect myself to take care of others. OMG Gabi this opportunity is amazing. I feel so selfish for asking for it for me and leaving a message about my situation but here it goes. I have been taking care of my skin for over 15 years now since my youngest was born and recently my husband lost his job and my income has been the only household income supporting my family. Hello ladies, I nominate myself as I have been in a very distraught situation regarding my skincare for several months. I had a severe reaction to sunscreen in the beginning of Spring and my skin just won’t clear. My dermatologist suggested Accutane however, I have too many medical issues that the risk is too high. I have found that I am not alone with the women who suffer from depression due to acne. I have so much empathy for all of the women on here who want a little pick me up. Hi Gabi! I will nominate myself as I'm in my late 50s and I have noticed loss of firmness right after menopause. I do not have the money for a facelift so I think the ZIIP will be a great option for me. I struggled with severe acne since I was a teenager until the age of my early 40s and affected my self-confidence early in age. Currently, I use retinoic acid to control my oily skin, large pores, and dark sebaceous filaments which sometimes creates surface dryness and peeling. In October 2023, I started having all over body hives which lasted for 6 months and my skin took a toll as it turned dull. Gabi, Thank you so much for this opportunity. I lost my daughter a few years ago and was diagnosed with a very rare incurable, progressive and painful disease called Adhesive Arachnoiditis. It has affected my mobility and put me in a position to no longer care for myself. I still try to be an optimist. I’ve been a mother since I was barely 19 years old. I’ve always been extremely active and taken care of everyone around me my entire life, even as a child. My youngest child just left home and I don’t know what to do with myself. I nominate myself . At 16 yrs old I was burned from scolding hot water and spent 6 months driving back and forth to a burn treatment facility. Many scars have healed since then, and some third degree burns have not. My self esteem has always been fragile since. I am now in my late 40‘s . Although the emotional pain is still present , I have a different perspective. I chose to take care of myself and see my scar as lessons about determination, drive, and patience . Janet// I'm so sorry to hear about you being burned. I had a horrible kitchen accident while making spaghetti. I went to drain the noodles and one handle came off and the hot boiling water came down my body melting my skin off. I remember the hot slippery floor I was trying to get out of. I feel your pain. I was in the burn hospital/unit for 5 months. I wouldn't wish that pain on anyone. I always say I'd rather have 10 kids in a row then ever go through that. My burn doctor did do a lot of skin grafts which helped, but being in the burn hospital...was the worst. I understand the emotional damage it inflicts because to this day I'm really cautious about draining anything, so this is a warning for anyone out there. Be careful. Lots of love from one burn victim to another.❤❤❤

Hi Gabi, love you 😍 I nominate my sister - she has been a single mom to her disabled son for 19 years - all while working full time in a job where she helps other people with disabilities, and while also going back to school to earn two additional degrees and a certification in her field so she can help even more. She has dealt with severe anxiety since some childhood trauma occurred (not my story so won't go into details), but she spends her life giving back and her son is always her priority... which means she rarely does anything for herself. Even the few pedicures she does per year are so that she can take my dad with her as he is older and has bad nails that need extra care, and he won't do it if he has to go alone. This is soo exciting! I'm nominating my almost 67 year old self! Since retiring from teaching I've been enjoying taking care of my skin and all the help and resources I receive from my youtube friends has taken my skincare to an all new level. Great video/ Wish we had her answers with the questions. I wish I could have seen this when it first came out. I’m 72 and worked 4 and 5 jobs at a time to put food on the table. It has taken a toll on me. People look at me and say you’re older and should look that way. I don’t want the rest of my years feeling and looking all used up. Thank you.

I am still in education as an Assistant Principal. I have rarely taken care of my skin due to finances throughout my life and time. Education is a demanding job and I have given to so many people throughout my lifetime. I have scarified owning a home as I am single and cannot afford a home in CA. Thank you so much much for this opportunity. I am a 67 year old, retired, and blessed to be a grandmother of 7, under the age of 7. After retirement, Covid hit and for two years I had the wonderful job of having grandma daycare for all my grands. I have since cut back, but am still the back up for the grands, which I thoroughly enjoy! I enjoy learning about all the skin care products and advice that is given on this channel. While I do love the advice, being retired, I am on a limited budget, and try to stay within that. I just turned 57 and I am all about self care. I try to take care of my inner body as well as my outer body. I spent most of my adult life not valuing myself. I finally got the courage to put effort into me. I returned to doing the sport I love (trail running), Lost over 75 pounds, and started learning about skincare, applying makeup, and dressing to feel good about myself. People often refer to me as Benjamin Button because learning to take care of myself helped me look younger. I want to take it a step farther and have an A plus routine for my skin. I'm a full time nurse and on top of that spend a lot of my free time/days off helping my 84 year old father. Im so grateful and blessed to still have him around! Before my father's health started to decline, my husband and I lived out of state and my mother and his mother voth lived with us because they were disabled. We couldn't bring ourselves to place them in a long term care facility. So, we made a commitment to take care of them both. His mother was with us for 4 years before her passing and mine was with us for 10. Needless to say, I frequently frequently neglect myself to take care of others. I'm happy to be able and love caring for my loved ones. It would be such a treat to have something so lovely to pamper myself with and be able to see the results along the way! OMG Gabi this opportunity is amazing. I feel so selfish for asking for it for me and leaving a message about my situation but here it goes. I have been taking care of my skin for over 15 years now since my youngest was born and recently my husband lost his job and my income has been the only household income supporting my family. I had to cut back a lot on my skin care and use alternatives and cheaper versions of my favorites during these times but I still keep a steady routine for my needs and this will be something that will help me out a lot during our rough patches. Hello ladies, I nominate myself as I have been in a very distraught situation regarding my skincare for several months. I had a severe reaction to sunscreen in the beginning of Spring and my skin just won’t clear. My dermatologist suggested Accutane however, I have too many medical issues that the risk is too high. I have found that I am not alone with the women who suffer from depression due to acne. I have so much empathy for all of the women on here who want a little pick me up. Hi Gabi! I will nominate myself as I'm in my late 50s and I have noticed loss of firmness right after menopause. I do not have the money for a facelift so I think the ZIIP will be a great option for me. I struggled with severe acne since I was a teenager until the age of my early 40s and affected my self-confidence early in age. Currently, I use retinoic acid to control my oily skin, large pores, and dark sebaceous filaments which sometimes creates surface dryness and peeling. In October 2023, I started having all over body hives which lasted for 6 months and my skin took a toll as it turned dull.
