My problem is if i mess up one thing, other areas suffer stagnation because of that I'll be like i failed here might as fail here why try?
I sense perfectionism here but something tells me its no just that
I feel a deeper frustration and self destructiveness in me, have you got any advice for me
Btw keep up the good work.

If i may i think a better way to think and which i like to think i use is the "minimizing the damage" approach which revolves around the idea that even if you're behind schedule or you messed things up. keeping a clear mind ,your head up and owning up to it and not try to make excuses will allow you to move on with your goals and tasks and minimize the damage that the former failure won't be as significant in the grand scheme of things (hope this helps bro and keep fighting)

@alimaafi1860 It is helpful thanks bro, but my current mental space is such that even if you provide the most correct answer to my problems it still wont get better(it's me thats messing things up),
i know i can do better thanks again

You need to undercomplicate your thought process when it comes to success. If one area slacks on your journey so be it. For example, I haven't been able to train as much as usual, because of new business opportunities. All you can do is aim to have one task prioritising your 75% of attention at once, while everything else makes up the rest. Hope that helps, I can create a video on this if it would help.
