There's no absolute solution. Both being interesting and good looking are important. However, the younger a woman is, the more charmed she will be with looks.
And remember, there are many good looking guys who are also very interesting, so the male population is not divided between ugly men who are interesting and handsome men who are not interesting; there are a lot of grey area in between.
Conclusion: become the best version of yourself and if things don't turn out the way you want it, you gotta suck it up like a man and keep trying.
