Pretty great. The only thing I'll say, is that while it might be tricky, you can certainly make the floors go even lower so that you don't lose as much "headroom." you should do a build on spectacle island :D a vanilla settlement on its own island to the south east :) pretty sure it has one of the largest areas to build on and could have some great possibilities, loving these videos, they're pretty inspiring to help me build my own settlements, keep it up ^^

Yet another youtuber Using Homemaker I built some dummy buildings around all the entrances with book case doors to go into a institute themed base inside if that makes any sense...
Mr. Catcrab I was trying to make it into a real slum by trying to remake the already existing buildings on top of the already placed buildings. And i also expended it by placing another guard depot on the end of the workshop range in the back.
