I don't know how people in Tampa are affording rent without a roommate - unless they have deep pockets. I've lived here for 20 years and I purchased my 840sf condo in 2020 for 100k. Identical unit now sells for 200k and they fly off the shelf because of rent cost. My old apartment was $950 in 2020. It now rents at 1800. It was 675sf no w/d. Rent at this point is price gouging Congratulations on your engagementr😊❤
