The reason to the inaccuracy of power is not due to the voltage. In a regular circuit it is not the voltage that effects the output but actually the amount of amps(current) going through the circuit. This is the reason why the motor is spinning much faster compared to the tamiya itself
With the same load (motor), a higher current flow results from a higher voltage, and vice versa. Current and voltage are proportional, although not always directly.

+Harry Lim its depend on track layout and setup~~ i personal still use a lot of VS and Super 2. You will notice~~ single shaft chassis, speed maintenance after reach the full speed is better than MA. But anyway~ every chassis has its own advantage, If you are newbie MA vs Pro setup VS/Super 2, of course you can't follow up with Professional setup...
If this thing is reads 1v and it’s actually 4v, that’s useless! I don’t want to apply 4v to break in a new motor rated at 3v max! Has anybody done a video with the leads attached to a voltmeter to see what the real voltage is?

If u break in the motor using the system at 5v, wld u then need to use a 5v battery as well when racing? Or u cn use a normal fujitsu battery?

2.4v is high.....if motor runn under adnormal speed too long....motor sure burn and goneeeeeeeee
