Jomar the only problem is the houses come with many problems according to many videos homeowners posted on TH-cam terrible quality after closing the builder doesn't answer the phone when the difficulties start it is about all builders nationwide no exception
Hey Gabriel! I totally understand your point of view. I’m in a brand new home myself and have been fortunate to not have any major issues and the small issues were resolved immediately. I do know that there are major problems sometimes but I’m also aware that the only people really making videos or writing about their experiences are the ones that have problems. Builders sell hundreds of thousands per home per year and the reviews/ customer satisfaction online would be much more pleasant if everyone took the time to express their experiences… not just the negative ones. All in all, I definitely understand where you’re coming from but I don’t think that those experiences that the few have represent the majority of us. If that were the case, those builders would go out of business quickly
@thefriendlyregroup prices are definitely dropping... not sure where you're getting your info or if it's just a lie you're telling yourself. I live around here and there are tons of homes for sale, empty houses, and tons of new construction. There is excessive supply. But greed has kept prices up, so demand had slowed. That is changing slowly but surely.
