You’re welcome! Same with the townhouses. There are some options for both but they’re mainly in vacation communities and higher in price and HOA. There are a lot of communities though that offer nice clubhouses and pools for the community! Let’s have a chat when you’re free 85o-238 5747

Thanks Marv! For homes with pools you’ll need to purchase a resale home. Builders aren’t adding them anymore around here unfortunately

Glad it helped out brother! Those apartments are in such a great location, I think you'll enjoy it. Just go and visit during high traffic hours to see if you'll be okay with it. There's a lot of traffic there but they have new roads that just recently opened up that I think help out! God bless

The streets are way too crowded in some of those neighborhoods. Weaving around cars parked in the streets to get home is not my ideal way to live.

@@tribilinRivera definitely not! You don’t have to live in a small town to actually get space around your home. It’s a personal choice.
