I was having the same issue as you with this Sara message when you download the files it separates them into four different folders. At first I had erased three of the four folders I thought that it accidentally downloaded the same file four times so I had erased three of them You have to extract all four folders and put all the files into the same folder or you will get that Sahara error message.

Had same error what i did i went To AppData/Roaming Deleted File Qualcomm then i install again (first methods in video) when i first time installing software there was 2 choices WWAN-DHCP is not used to get IPAddress and ETHERNET i selected ETHERNET unlike the video so i had QSAHARA SERVER FAIL when i reinstall the everything again i Pick like video WWAN then it worked so if u pick WWAN and not working i suggest trying ETHERNET Choice maybe it works for you
yep first time when i installed the Qualcommm i selected ETHERNET choice (2nd Choice unlike the video so i got the SarahFail Server error) i deleted it then installed it with picking first option WWAN its worked so i suggest trying both and see if its work for you @@wghannam1982

Change your data cable, I was also getting that error but when I changed my data cable it worked
