Hello I installed in a Cadillac XTS 2019 and it does not always connect automatically you have to unplug and plug back in then it works. It will auto connect only half of the time the support had me update the unit and set the start delay to 1 then 3 then do but still the same thing I have an iPhone 14 latest iOS ant the Carlin 5.0
Perhaps the unit is still not entirely compatible with your car. I would recommend you contact the customer support team to see what can be done to fix the issue permanently.
Where can I find what the different options and settings mean? Like sync, background etc?
The settings I showcased in the video are the only settings this device has unfortunately.
Hello i have an unrelated question...is there a workaround for the fermata auto app, it will not work with android 14....is there an alternative program or another way to get fermata to work? Thank you
Unfortunately, ever since Android 14 was introduced, none of such apps are working. I'm actively looking into it for a solution. Until then, you can buy an Android Box that even I've been using. I use the GT6, here's the link to it: th-cam.com/video/83Ot0j2mKjM/w-d-xo.html

@@HarryWT Trying to upgrade my Carlinkit 5.0 2Air in my Moto G84 and is not working properly. It gets stuck in 0 percent and nothing else happens. Then after several times it starts and it goes to 3 percent and says "UPGRADE UNSUCCESSFUL" Any clue how to solve it? Thanks in advance.
Does this solve any issues like having to replug the device often?
I haven't come across any such issue in the new version. Perhaps it is resolved.

Hi i have version 2024.01.18.1053 (lastest) when i connect my phone to the blutooth, then my phone start blinking... and get connected and disconnected several time... no succes conection to my car (maxus T60) any advise?
The latest version I got is 2023_04_19.000 my Carlinkit says its the latest version :(
I've uploaded 2 methods for updating the software of 2air, did none of the methods work for you?
if 2023_04_19.000 is showing you the latest version then I'd suggest getting in touch with the customer care team, perhaps it's a device issue.
Carlinkit not found on the app via wifi. Device found via bluetooth but can't connect
