As far as I know it’s pretty American: It’s usually used to refer to the “pullout method” of birth control aka the guy pulls out just before he...yeah. It’s notoriously ineffective, but it’s still an excuse that guys use / something that they brag about being good at when they don’t want to wear a condom (“I’ll pull out, just trust me!” Kinda thing) Basically Cardi is saying that her wet and gushy is gonna make your pullout game weak, no one can resist staying inside of her.
