Those cars inspired me as an enthusiast. I'm now in my early 40's and still remember my superstreet magazine collection and seeing the top secret supra and the signal skyline on the covers.. man it was so exciting seeing those monsters on the cover and salivating to just read the article. Great times indeed.
I'm 39 and I remember import tuner and all those other magazines we could buy at Walmart or a grocery store and see these cars and want to fix up our eclipse or 240sx 😅
Ok, this was an awesome video just a JDM overload, Smokey is such a legend in the JDM world. Really love that you covering Japanese car culture this month, thanks for inside look ina collection like this :)
Smokey is a fabulous tech. But as far as an MKIV legend, not in the U.S. imo Many of us agree that if it weren’t for U.S Supra shops, Japan wouldn’t be into drag as much as us. U.S was clearly the Mecca of the birth of the 2jzgte and its potential. Shout out to all the old skool Supra shops that set the record high and the culture.
Sadly Jun Auto is forgotten after Koyama san died. That green S15 wasn’t modified by Kazama, instead it was built by Kei Office which is founded my Tsuchiya Keiichi.

Only took getting arrested and deported from the UK to become a legend forever :) Thanks for watching!
Nice video, I enjoy every moment of it!
Glad you enjoy it!
The cars that made to to nz for the land speed evenr were ridiculous, seeing the veilside skyline hub dyno run was the most insane thing back in 2000
Which car was your favorite?
If i could take any car for a spin it would be the signal skyline. That was hands down my favorite build
It's so cool
tunedbyai AI fixes this. Inside Top Secret JDM Garage
