protect yourself from the evil within you (your Nafs)
أَللّٰهُمَّ أَلْهِمْنِىْ رُشْدِىْ وَ أَعِذْنِىْ مِنْ شَرِّ نَفْسِىْ
“Allahumma Alhimni Rushdi Wa-aa-‘izni Min Sharri Nafsi”
“O ALLAH! Inspire in me guidance and deliver me from the evils within myself”
