Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala has said in the quran He will not give you a test that you cannot bear. So trust Allah, pray to Allah and know you you can handle any problem with Allah's help. Be strong and be brave. Recite sura inshirah x7 and blow on water and drink it. You may even take some water and rub it on your heart.

You are soo right brother i am 33 but I recently been guided by allah and realized how his shariaa make sense more than any thing when you think about it openly i was thinking i will never wear hijab nor will pray but before i was always asking allah to guide me even tho i was not doing what allah says but alhamdulilah i am so happy for this eye opening guidance, i am not perfect by by the order of allah i am trying to fix my self day by day you can’t imagine the peace ifeel when i pray to allah i cant wait for night and finish my work to run to my quran and read as much i really pray to almighty and most merciful to let everyone experience this feeling i have right now and to not take it away from me believe me when i was promoted in my work with money and title, when i was traveling ( some people think this is happiness)i never felt this feeling of happiness and peace before i am ready now to give up on my soul for the sake of allah while before i was wondering how people used to think like that i am so grateful to my only god 🥺🥺🥺🥺😭😭

I lost my mother in 12 January 2024. I'm 21 years old and I lost my father in 28 January 2019. I lost both of my parents .When my mother was alive i was facing anxieties and panic attacks because of my exams, everyone used to make fun of me that I'm doing some drama she was the only one who understood me and cared for me back then. Now I don't know what to do it is killing me from inside I can't say anything to anyone.
I also lost my mother on 2021, it changed me from inside and everything around me also changed alot, i lost the only one person in my family who truly cares about me now i dont have anyone to talk to, they all think im a failure, they demanded to much from me, been dealing with depression for last 3 years, so we are on the same boat brother, one thing i can really say to you is, if you feel like you're alone being misunderstood and no one seems to understand, Allah want you tonturn to Him, go to the mosque every salah and prayer, Allah will give you ease insyaAllah, cry to Allah tell everything to Him on your prayer, it's probably not gonna make all your problem suddenly disappear but you gonna feel that all of that problem is less important.
Have Tawakkul in Allah SWT. He'll take care of everything. He knows that you can handle this situation that's why he tested you with this trial. May Allah make it easy for you. Aameen ❤️

1. Think carefully for any 1 problem.
2. Give that problem solely to Allah. Wakaltuka: I delicate it to Allah.
3. Don’t have any expectations after that. And accept any outcome that comes and be brave to get through it.
4. Do the best what you can do out of the resources that Allah has given you.
Though I trust Allah but I always worry for things in my life. Whenever things go bad in my life I used to accuse myself that I am not good and worthy enough and even start missing my prayers.
Please pray for me that my faith and trust in Allah and His plans may increase by each day.

I am feeling little depressed
I have tried my very best with everything I am able, still became a negative outcome but during that time through the trial Allah taught tawakkul ,uncompromising unshakeable faith in Allah.
One day after fajr I went to sleep in that moment of wake and sleepyness, I saw two angels, one of them with red rubies told me "he will perfect all things." No matter what trust Allah, Allah has greater plans. Allah is merciful Allah comforts the heart.😢😢
This is so true, The only thing that matter is connection with Allah. It eventually eliminates heartache, pain and bring healing of soul. 😊

I can attest to this.
I did whatever was within my power but when the issue became so painful and I sort of could see that things may not become normal again - I lifted it up to Allah, and I knew that one of the two outcomes could be tragic.
About ten days or two weeks later my dua was answered.
It was maybe not what I wanted and indeed it was testing me to rockbottom. But subhan Allah in that moment when the tragedy happened I remembered my dua.
I don't want to call it "tragedy" because I am a million percent sure that Allah IS the most Merciful.

At 75 I have lived through many sad and painful life experiences, but know through it ALL Allah's guidance continues to BE the remainder of Allah's promise in times of pain and sorrows. Read Surah 93 & 94.

I had a lot of fear from being hurt from other people from the environment I am currently living in & the past desicions I’ve made I pray salah 5 times a day I do my best I’ve completed full memorization of my salah & wallahi my heart my mind and soul feels more at peace I ask and beg Allah never to lead me to haram or fall back in haram inshallah I stay on this path and keep my emaan strong ameen ❤
