What's your favorite Theory shoe and colorway?
Theory 1.5 pink and black
The eS Scale and the original Theory were my longest lasting shoes. The all-maroon Theory with the white sole was amazing. The Scale in black/white/red and black/white/teal are still my favorite skate shoes of all time.

I met Eldy back in early 2000's in Houston Tx, at southside skatepark. For the make a wish foundation event there. Thanks for taking the time to chat with me and sign my shirt I had. still have it. The best!!!

this was dope. I had no idea he had so many releases with Es. They need to do some reissues for sure.
The nostalgia from watching this is real. I grew up in SCV and always looked up to Eldy and his brother Chance-just such amazing skaters with incredible style. I skated eS shoes because of them. Loved seeing them at the industrial center double set or the sports complex skatepark just throwing down the gnarliest tricks. Now I’m in my thirties in a job that I love (as a classical orchestral musician) and haven’t touched a board in over a decade, but there’s nothing like skateboarding that brings back so many incredible memories.
Thank you, Nine Club, for providing content that truly elicits such pure joy from my childhood.
The Theory 1.5 was my favorite shoe ever!! Me and all my friends skated them back in the day. Wish I could get my hands on some again. The Chocolate colorway was so dope!

I had a few of the mid's with the strap back in the day, one of my favorite shoes for sure! I was a pant under tongue kind of guy too so that's dope that you thought of it! Any Eldy content is always gold, keep em coming!

These shoes (to me and my memory) ushered in the era of the Vulc shoe takeover in skating cuz before they became one of the most popular shoes, it was mostly all cup sole

Had a few of the mids. Favorite was the fancy brown leather pair, maybe around 07? Wish I still had them, but skated through. Lot of time on a two-set gap over sidewalk.

2008 I was rockin the chocolate grey and purple color way. 🥺 those were one my favorite shoes. They need to bring that back!

I had all these shoes in like every colorway too. I lived not to far from sole tech so all my locals had them. Also would go to Etnies events and sole tech would let you shop at the HQ
Got a pair in 07. The maroon/burgundy color. Would have liked the high top. It was my first vulcanized shoe and I like it

I actually still have a pair of theory 1.5’s. Idk why after all these years I’ve kept them. Never skated in. Over time they started to tear so I stopped wearing them cause of it lol got them in maroon with white soles.
