    Dude can't wait to see it in person this fall! I gotta hit you up to make some plans soon here and see where you cats will be. You should 110% go to the Descend on Bend festival last weekend in August, it's one of the coolest events you'll go to.

    I still think you should have added the over the cab sleeper on it like the Tacoma Camper Dude. It's gonna get very cramped in there with 2 people and dogs. Look at "Grizzly N Bear" Videos and see how they live in theirs. And they will admit it's almost too small. But it's still a camper and truck. Best wishes with it. I'll follow you and one of these days we will cross trails! I break too much equipment when I rock crawl to live out of my rig.

      Yep.... He didn't have an ole lady when he designed it. Women tend to mess up your plans bro. Good and bad for him I guess.

      Totally agree about the cab over👍 And how much serious off grid riding and rock climbing can you do before you destroy the truck, the camper and your gear😬

    I remember the comments the last time you were down there. Everyone was asking if you were going to change your springs for the added weight. Now I can see why you said, you didn't think you needed to. That thing looks super light.

    Where do they source the composite wall material from? I’d like to build a light weight tear drop using material like that.

    I think people doubt how small you can go and be comfortable because they are used to living in a bedroom three times the size of your whole moving house. I think this will be perfect for how hard you go on the trails

    3 inches of insulation. You could heat that with two warm bodies. You might have to ventilate with those dogs in there, just to avoid overheating. :)

      @largemarge1603 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      2003, for our ExpeditionVehicle, we installed:
      * adhesive-back acoustic insulation against the wall, a gap, then
      * one-inch pink-board, another air-gap, then
      * two-inch foil-side poly.
      We rarely use the Wave 3 catalytic heater above 40°f outside...
      ... with an interior 7w x 12 l x 7h, about 700cf.
      .
      We avoid rising heat loss by zero holes in the roof.
      But you go right ahead, install a sky-light over the bed so you can watch the stars as you sleep...
      ... and learn the special relationship between rain and gravity.

    That short bed really limits what space you can play with. 6’ bed is my preference though I compromise with a cab and a half for gear storage and the dog.

    So what you really needed was a single-cab version of the Gladiator with the same wheelbase, for a more functional camper than using the back seat area for RV components..

    It's cool but to live in seems 2 small. I would have done a cab over. The weight of the cab over is very minimal because it just supports its self and the matress when your driving. Seems like a ton of work for not much space.
