In this video I go over one if not my favorite meals in the arabian world. it's weird to make a whole video about a specific type of food, but thats how much I love it.
I just found this channel today, and the channel and this video is a masterpiece as usual يا ابو اسماعيل, being Arabian I can relate to every thing you said, and believe me when I say the molikhia my mama cooks is the best.

If you love mloukhia I highly recommend you try the Tunisian version, with bread and meat! It's to die for and something totally different than the regular. I think the difference lays in the amount of time it is cooked and that in the Tunisian one they use powder.
That’s too funny! Just found someone who is as crazy about molokhiya as much as I do. I discovered it while doing a master gardening program and our teacher told us that it has over 26 trace minerals and vitamins. Thus, I have been growing it ever since. I eat them raw in my salad. My hotspot is even called “molokhiya rules” 😂🤣😅 Love the story. Everyone who loves molokhiya should have a story like this plus stories of other plants like moringa!

First time when i try molokheya by egyptian way , like a soup I didn’t liked . I liked when i taste it by fried style with lemon and chicken!!! I hear its a siriyan style . And after this i start love molokheya arabic food . But sorry not egyptian what u show now in your video !!!
