I started with 3-15 yards. 20 yards sells better than 15's. I recommend and tell everyone to start off with 4-20s. You can always market 15's and give the customer a 20, but never the other way around. Unfortunately, you limited yourself to only marketing 15s. Good luck, man. If you need advice, you can always call during business hours.
I was considering getting into this business but I’m not sure what to charge, mainly because I’d still have a 9-5 job and would swap the dumpsters after work in the evening but wouldn’t be able to offload them till Saturday.
Maxco has a great video of what trailer to get. If I did it all over again buy a started rail trailer 16' with 10 cans, 8K or 10K axles &15s, 20s, 30s. you'll be set for awhile and able to turn down no customers.
We make all customer book online. There are a number of reasons why for this. But, Yes! we don't move unless the dumpster is paid in full. You can call anytime during business hours to ask questions.
Have a question, if you say its a fee to swap put the dumpers and then a fee for disposal, do they do send you a separate payment or do they wait to pay the full sum after you find out the dump fee?
Thanks for your question! Here's how it works: The initial dumpster rental is paid in full before delivery. Once the dumpster is at the service address, if you need a swap-out, we’ll handle it and charge the card on file when the new dumpster is delivered. If there are any overages, the weight receipt will be uploaded to your account, and you’ll be charged accordingly. At the end of your rental, you’ll receive a detailed PDF report summarizing all charges and transactions, making it easy to review. Let us know if you have any more questions!

That research what should I be searching? I thought about doing my area , also I would like to open a recycling transfer station... thanks
Ik this takes alot of skill with a small trailer to line up. I ran a roll off truck for a trash company hauling 20,30, and 40 yards.
Yeah it is at first. once you do it about 1k times becomes pretty easy...
Any recommendations on the type of trailer to get for a business like this?

How Does Charging work ? Example if they add concrete when not supposed to ? What do you charge them ?
Our Terms & Conditions outline unauthorized material in dumpsters. On my end it's a click of a button for a preset pricing on our CRM system.
When do you ask for a deposit or dump fee? Is it before you drop the bin or when youre about to pick up the bin?

@ beautiful description. Thanks
Do you watch Victory Outdoor Services?
I do watch it. I believe this video is when I did the intro? Can't remember.... lol
That winch sounds like it struggling.
The batteries might have been going dead. We added a power cable from the truck to the trailer now! No more slow winch.
You need an auto tarping system.
I would love one! We plan on getting a new trailer setup this year! The auto tarp is in a must!
Thanks ks for your video !!

That the way we went. BP trailer first then we got a GN roll off trailer.
What size are the wood planks you use?
They are just 2x4s for the rollers and 4x4 for the front when placed down.
What size truck do you have for them dumpsters?
We run a 2500 chevy & a 2500 Ram.
Hey brother, I live in Pasco and thinking of starting in the business, any advice?
Get to work now no talk just work

Whats SEO?@jzdumpstersolutions
How many times does it take you to get squared up with the trailer to the dumpster
It defiantly took a few times when I first started. Now "most of the time" I can get it within 1 or 2 times.
How much money you make a day??
Always room for improvement. 😉
