Every 3 months most big companies have fire drills and they make employees walk down the stairs. No one is allowed to not participate and if you ignore the drill and keep working you will get yelled at by fire wardens. The younger employees don’t understand why it’s taken so seriously and why the drills are so frequent. Never forget.

Inspirational message. The last 5 minutes I got the message. Be the light in another’s life. Make one change in your life, for 30 days and then it’s a habit. I’m going to take 10 minutes each morning to read a scripture thereby making a difference in my life. I’m starting my journey to a better spiritual life and living the Word.

Interesting that he said he couldn't find the stairs. We were in the same predicament on our floor. We ran out the office into the hallway, and didnt know where the stairs were. The door swung open, and a guy from Port Authority yelled, "Take the stairs! Dont take the elevator!" 🙏🏽

This hits home so hard….my father was supposed to be on the 78th floor of the 2nd tower and was on his way but got a call from his client and asked to push back his appointment. He got there and watched the plane fly into the building. Your opening line about the weather and the sky is the exact way he described it and hearing you say it gave me chills….I always said God was looking out for my daddy that day. Thank you for sharing your story ❤️

An amazing story - still hits me! The man with the voice who told you to go to the stairs was a man called Welles. I’ve just watched another video of him ‘the man with the red bandana’. Unfortunately he didn’t make it, but managed to save lots of people.

I have literally been binge watching these videos like it just happen yesterday. Each year for the month of September I make sure I never forget by watching survivor stories...stories of family members who loss a loved one. I make sure that September of every year is NEVER forgotten! I make sure I put in my children now that..9/11 is a day the USA stood still in time. Each year I learn a great amount of information than I learned a year before. Rest Peacefully for all the souls we lost...and prayers for all of the survivors and family members left behind! We will never forget you💙🥺

I was a rescue nurse there on 9/12. I stayed all day across the street in the highschool waiting for victims. There were none. The most horrible feeling ever; either you walked out or you died with very few exceptions. He said that right.

This is an incredible experience listening to this man.. I skipped this video 2-3 times as it was too long. But once i clicked on it, I didn't stop until he finished. It was a emotional roller coaster. I cried at the end when he finished with that ' God's whisper or the brick' God bless him. And God bless all those who suffered the pain of that dark day. I can feel it here 1000s of miles away in India.

I'm so glad I listened to the end. I stumbled across this looking for nothing in particular. I don't know whether to laugh or cry. I lost my entire family (siblings, parents, aunt', grandparents) within a short time. In short there is never enough time to grieve & carry on. I responded to this with a negative habit that almost killed me. And I was given a second chance. And another. I knew what the brick was for but I ignored it. I sat in the "dark" and I still am. Until today. The is sun shining and I get it. "What am I going to do with my second chance?" I'm going to live and light as many candles as I can. I don't know your name but it want to to thank you for lighting mine. Awesome. Blessings you made it out❤️

This is an amazing story with a good message. I was running late to work that day and normally would be strolling in to get my coffee at World Trade Center very early. Thank god I was overworked the day before and was tired from doing homework with my daughter the night before. It was not my time, was grateful I was running late cause I would’ve been there. My coworker called me, she was early that day she would start meeting and never heard from her again. My mom was one of the ones who walked that long walk uptown. It was nerve wrecking I wasn’t there and couldn’t get hold of her. A Good Samaritan gave her a ride up after 4 plus hours of walking. It was night time beginning. Heard a loud knock on side of my building in window it was my mom thank God.

I remember September 11, 2001...on the west coast woken by a friend who just said turn on the TV...The stories from all who experienced this disaster and lived through it are so impactful. As I have gotten older I always say everything happens for a reason.
This video is so amazing...I thought oh...it's a longer one...But I got sucked into it and how his day unfolded...amazing. This is one book I will be seeking when funds allow.
I only wish I could give it a thousand thumbs up vs one. Thank you for sharing your story Ari.

Your ability to tell your story and make it uplifting and hopeful is truly inspiring. Thank you for sharing it with the world and with me. Im glad I ran across this video. Hopefully I can find my way out of the darkness and hopelessness Im stuck in. I had two sons, my entire world, and I have had to live through burying them both. Both traumatic horrific deaths, young lives stolen from them before they had really begun. Only two and half years apart. It feels like I died with them and I am just waiting till my broken heart finally knows to stop beating. I will keep trying, I promise.

Hashem sometimes has to kick me through others to help me remember the things I need to improve on and this time it was you. Reminding me how things were that day even way down here in NC. Our business went down that day just like the towers. But since then I became a widow and my business has completely vanished. I have nothing left but my disability. And that's not enough to pay bills and buy meds . But Hashem is great and I'm alive so there we go. I still have soooo much to improve on. I'll just keep on keeping on. Thanks for your story it's very inspiring.
