I don't know if anyone has mentioned it yet but it's probably now worth looking back at Miko IIno's first interaction with Chika in Kaguya-sama (S2e4) to see a familiar reference.
Just a little reminder, just in case, some episodes have extra scenes after the ending, i hope you watch that too. Sorry if i offended you or anyone who reads this comment, thanks
Emi "rejecting" Kousei means denying the version of him that came around when he was playing for his mother. She was showing him what it means to play with one's entire soul and to "let it (his music) ring", like he used to, in hopes that it shocks or inspires him enough to do the same
I'm not a musician myself and classical music is not exactly my favorite style of music, but the way they actually "show" those artists play and the deep thoughts they are sharing with it, from all the characters, really moves me to a point I can't even explain. This is just so brilliant on an emotional level.
Every episode I watched, I used to do the same reaction. "Aaaaghhh!!!!!" "It ends too fast!!!". Very nice reaction from you Alana. As always. Please keep going this way. 😊🙏
Ah man, i truly truly love this anime. So many things that just connect to this and that and makes the entire story much deeper and more compelling. We're in for one hell of a ride
I do play violin, but some of the classical pieces I like the most I start liking it after this watching shigatsu wa kimi no uso( your lie in april). My favorite one, btw, is Liebesleid
Aiza and Emi play my second and third favorite Chopin pieces, Torrent (Etude Op. 10 No. 4) and Winter Wind (Etude Op 25. No. 11). Number one to come in a later episode.
SUCH great performances by aiza and emi!!!

yes, the desire to have a piano and practice until you can do something like that, it's crazy
Emi Igawa performance is absolutely outstanding. I would choose her to win the competition

@@evrencagin it is. That first chord hits you in the gut.
Thanks for the reaction
The creator really didn’t want any of these kids to have a good hairline
We're getting closer to the backstory episode, and it's gonna break you...(maybe because I'm asian, and that hits hard)
Looking forward to the next one Alana 🫶🏽
