- Now with that the frame is welded together it’s time to start customizing the rest of the car!
My new build is going to be the biggest challenge I’ve ever undertaken! Wish me luck this is not going to be easy…

Late upload today but I wanted to keep my word and get this out today! Next week this car will be getting more race car upgrades! Don’t forget to subscribe and like this video.
@jackbuildsit what is your full time work jack??!..✨👑✨🎭✨🎭✨👌✨🔥✨👍👍👍✨🏴✨
The Noble never got a safety road test standard because it never passed one. But the New Tesler cyber truck isn't allowed on Eu/uk roads because it doesn't meet the safety standards.
Loving the t shirt
Appreciate keeping word, but releasing really late could hurt vid and channel.
Also some audio hiss in this one
@@russelljacob7955 it’s the fans in the new shop. We haven’t outfitted it with AC yet.
Tavarish and mat armstrong would be at a disadvantage without this man. You deserve more views bro. Keep up the good work my man. 😊
Facts spoken. 🫡🤝
It will come he started his channel way after them guys and he’s doing very well.
Yeah they both know this is a fact, that's why he was hired as an employee to do the things he is great at, also why he gets endless mentions in their videos and was GIVEN 2 NOBLES!!!
Agreed with someone of what your saying but mat has only used him to help with the m3 build and then mat finished it off anyway because Jack had to get back to America he might ring him and ask for his advice but mat dose and has done all the body work himself
Absolutely agree!!! Keep going jack!!
Once this is complete, you should get some of the Noble people over from the UK to see the finished product. That would be a fun video to watch
I have a tip for you Jack. When using cardboard if you want an angle to hold just squeeze a line of hot glue into the cut bend while it's on the car wait for it to set and remove !!! You then have a template with all the right bend angles 😉👍
Awesome work Jack. Shes slowly taking shape.
Attention to detail, not just throwing everything together. I like
Another great example of CAD (Cardboard Aided Design)!
Fabrication work can't be done without it
Underappreciated Cardboard😢
Love the attention to making the car more secure by reinforcing the frame and the doors :D
How about going TVR style with the doorhandles? Have a button under the mirror to pop open the door.
Hi Jack, you could always get rid of the door handles and fit a push button under the wing mirror like on a TVR, just a thought mate 👍🇬🇧🇺🇸 loving the channel
That'd be my choice too! Hopefully if it is going on track, that's ok though.
I was thinking Aston style handles
Just a tip that I found handy to do CAD design that keeps the shape (and angles) is to tape a length (or 2) of solder wire to the backside of the cardboard. Bends easy, but strong enough to hold it until you can measure or trace it. Great work, keep it up. I love this Noble project!
I think using first generation Mazda Miata door handles would look really cool.
You should get your composites guy to make a mold off the radiator fan shroud too. Just smooth it and make a mold. I made a custom one for my Factory Five GTM with aftermarket radiator and fans. It pops when you flip the front clip up. A few things like that can really make it look more like an OEM exotic than a kit.
I absolutely love Factory Five.
@@Endy5_Still_Alive The GTM was a nightmare in terms of bodywork. It's discontinued now anyway. I'd buy a Race Car Replicas GTR or SLC if I had to do it again.
@@carbonfiber8071 Beautiful car! The 818 looks amazing too! Man!
@@carbonfiber8071 How bad was the body work? Just wondering because I've seen a few videos of assembly of kits, and the panels looked to fit pretty good.
@@Endy5_Still_Alive Not a Subaru fan or a fan of the 818 either.
I can remove that background noise in your future videos.
This way you can blast that AC without compromising video quality :)
Great work btw, love your builds!
Just a amazing guy! Great fabrication skills! Keep up the good work Jack!
I am absolutely loving this build series. So hyped to see how it unfolds.
You , mat and tavarish, had the best rebuilding videos , stay on and your channel will grow.
Unreal how much work you're putting into this Noble. Keep it up!!!
Always making it look easy... pro work , excellent attention to detail , carbon floors look awesome. Well done
I love to see that you are taking work safte pretty serious. That's a good role model right there.
such an interesting cool car!!
Loving this build Jack. The Noble was always well reviewed and your mods can take it to the next level. Good luck from the UK.🇬🇧 🎉
GREAT Progress - this is going to be One Fantastic Car!
Another day i'm happy jack started his own channel. Road to 1M
I would add nascar style door bars and make sure the foot wells can't collapse in. It's kind of a scary car security wise, so make sure it's as safe as possible. 👍
Nice progress, keep going!
It's always good to see you at work on a car. Keep up the good work
Great progress.
Loving the work you did on those hinges.
And thank you for showing the in-depth fab work. 💪🏼
Oh Man! this is going well, and I can't wait to see you ripping this thing!!!
The noble will be great but you should make a complete walkaround episode of the EVO you built telling about its power specs each n everything that would be great
Keep at it Jack!! Much love from New Zealand 🇳🇿
As a car guy i am subscribed to quite a few car channels but there is very few (5 i can think of) that I watch every video of and this channel has now made the cut. There is something about the information you get mixed with personally of jack that just make the videos great to watch and i wish the channel the greatest success.
Same. Vtuned is also in that cut 💯
I'm so excited for this build
I love Noble. All their stuff sounds like something I would have built if I had the time and resources: simple, just works, maybe not for long but very satisfyingly.
Jack reminds of a shop teacher that loves what he does, doesn't make enough doing it, but shows enthusiasm nonetheless
Kudos
Great video Jack! Looking forward to see it completed!
Love the build can’t wait to see the video! Update the door handle with GTR flush door handle
Imagine doing the side mirrors as cameras and the door handles push to open. 😯
I like where your head is at 👍
man these welds are looking so effortless and sweet.
How about an RX7-FD door handle they are easy to find and look awesome
Those hidges that are staggered will make the door open downwards. The driver side is not staggered so that will open straight out. If you could you should put a bar or piece of metal between the upper and lower hinges. You're doing a fantastic job on this car.😊
Love your videos, Jack. Honestly, you’re one of the best in the TH-cam car community. Keep being awesome!
love the CAD (cardboard aided design)
What about NA Miata door pulls on the outside of the car? Powder coat them the same color as the chassis and call it a day! They are timeless and all metal
Jack, the car would look more modern if you fit Door mirrors with integral traffic blinkers and remove those 90 style blinkers off the front fenders..
Well done man 👏🏻 the hard work is paying off
Nice T-shirt Jack. Great stuff
Glad you got to enjoy Formula One. Great video as always Jack, you are rocking the You Tubes!
Love the vids. can't wait for the next one.
Awesome work as usual Jack
The carbon fiber does look nice love what he did love those hexagon
lookin forward to the end result .. bro's a car magician ..
You're a talented man and love the work you do! Keep going💪🏻
Outstanding and awesome as always. Thanks for sharing and taking us along
Air belt sander for the win!
Love the progress, love the in depth and easy to follow explanations (for a car noob anyway) and love the MCM shirt. Keep up the great work from Australia!
I can’t wait to see the Noble project completion, this project is no easy task, your craftsmanship & attention to detail has me excited for the future MK4 project as well! 😎👍💯
You killed it this video!!!
Love the quick recap at the intro.
Nice work! This is the build I never knew I needed 😆
New channel name
Jack Builds it “Better”
😁👍🏻
This is an awesome build, keep up the good work.
One thing that a few people have already pointed out, that I hope you see, or you are already aware of, but, carbon on aluminium will corrode through galvanic corrosion.
Great work jack , respect
Some nissan gtr handles would be cool or maybe some Tesla / EV style handles which pop in and out would also be cool
Man ever since Top Gear and Knowing these had a modified duratec engine I have always had an interest in these cars. I never thought they sold them in the US. Sick build
great work. I must admit I got lost a couple of times in this episode because you are covering so many subjects, but in the end you tied it all together with your overview of the current status. Already looking forward to the next episode
I like door handles that work really well. Other than that, you are the one doing the work and you need to be satisfied with the car. Nice to see you have put a lot of thought into this car and are making it better than it was. As far as fitting the tires, use a tire that fits. Too simple?
Great work Jack ❤
You’re work is completely brilliant and please tell me your going to modernise the tail lights 👍
It was rad seeing the Nobles in the UK, so I can’t wait to see what’s in store for this one!
It's always a good day when there's a new video on this build. Keep up the good work, Jack👍
Love the engineering and thought gone into the door supports Jack
Jack! What a pleasure to see your videos and witness your extraordinary competence. Please dude, continue with your good work. I appreciate it a lot. And please continue being what you are today, a kind and smiling person loving what you’re doing. People like you (and Tavarish and Matt) are the best piece of TH-cam. Thank you very much
This car will look amazing when it’s done, I’m sure of that. Keep the vids coming :-)
Bonnet mirrors, I know they are next to useless, but bonnet mounted mirrors, like a Toyota 2000gt.
Keep up the great work @Jack / @JackBuildsIt, I'm loving the content and can't wait to see the next episode.
🥊 🥊 🥊 👍 👍 👍
Very cool to see another video! Thanks for all your hard work.
This would be an amazing ralley car.
Truly impressive work! There is so much manufacturing and creating going on here, absolutely love it.
You have great vision and skill to take on something like this! You're essentially redesigning the car
Epic build Jack. This car is gonna be amazing even the part you can't see. Love the content. I can't imagine taking on such a task.
Great video & inspiring work as always 😎
Awesome stuff Jack, so much work put in!👏👏👏
Looking good, good job like what you doing I like all the bracings in the chassis and everywhere evolution of a lotus
Awesome 😎👍🇬🇧
This has become one of my favorite build series! Thank you, Jack!
That "Mondeo" engine choice is wild to me. (reference to the Duratec line of engines from Ford)
Love the MCM shirt Jack. Hello from down under.
I got to say man I've been watching your chance since you started you really do nice clean work
Cool work so far. The alarm horn still on the frame gives me the twitches 😂😂
Nice Job !!! I like the grind and saw trick ... 👍
Go jack go!!!
Freddy's humor enchroaching Jack. More progress than the P1 too haha. Stay at it!
Awesome work Jack
As an F1 fan I didn't expect to see this in the video!! Sweet!!!
❤❤❤keep it up bro nice project stay bless❤❤❤🎉🎉🎉
Goooooood. Goooooood.. next please..❤
You're doing a crazy job as usual, Jack, the car is going to look phenomenal. Such a cool, quirky car as well, with potential to be anything you want it to be... And you know you'll never see another!
Make sure you paint the carbon and alloy contact points as it will corrode quickly. Have seen this a few times already it’s dissimilar metal corrosion carbon fiber will react quickly titanium would be better.
You lucky man getting to go to the F1 I’m definitely jealous!
Dont forget about galvanic corrosion jack, anywhere that carbon touches the frame will corrode if there is no barrier. Same with any fixings you may be putting through it.
Best way to end the weekend. Project is coming along great. Excellent work as usual.
