We (4 players) have played the first 3 games and found the ancillary coloring aspects to be EXCEEDINGLY pleasing. Sometimes, one or more of us would be so distracted with our coloring efforts of the peripheral elements we'd forget to pay attention to turn order. One of our players is a therapist and thinks this sort of game combined with a passive coloring book element would be quite beneficial to clients in therapy, especially for people and kids struggling with anxiety or over-competitiveness.
Thank you for the kind words. My wife is a psychotherapist and I love picking her brain about her work and thinking about how to apply it to games. Hopefully I will get to design more games that can be fun and meaningful
Jamey, I really wanna thank you for making This videos, a little short, Etsy to watch and entertaiment clips about boardgames, not everything should be reviews, unboxings or tops 😅 And in top of that, the good vibes and the passion you show, really thanks that . Anyhow, I’m really hype for this game, but until the spanish edition comes out, nothing for me
This looks awesome! Would you be able to play 2 2-player campaigns or are there elements outside of the books that are 'destructive' that prevent that?
Unless there's something hidden I don't know about, there are a few key components that aren't duplicated, preventing a second campaign from being played. But it's really close--if we wanted to, we could make it happen. We now have 1 more game to go!
I wonder if the publisher could have gone with more modest production choices on this. A $25 My City style version could have gotten onto a lot more tables.
I don't think there's any way this game could have been made for $25, but there's probably a different way they could have hidden various elements to reduce the price. I'm happy with the 10+ games I've gotten out of it for the price.
Thanks so much for the compliments, glad you enjoyed the campaign!
We were tied going into the second-to-last game--it was a super close campaign!
Thanks Jamey for playing the game and sharing your observations. I’m really proud of the design and production.
Thank you so much for creating this incredible game!
I love how animated Jamey gets when talking about new components and cool mechanisms. The enthusiasm is genuine and it shows.
I love the opportunity to talk about one of my favorite topics! :)

That's such a clever touch, isn't it? That's neat to hear about the therapeutic benefits of passive coloring.

Thanks for the review!
My pleasure! I'm not a reviewer, just a designer who shares aspects of games that other people might value too. :)

My pleasure! Thanks for watching. I try to keep the videos short, focused, positive, and hopefully useful for designers and gamers. :)
