    i'm a vegan and i eat very healthy as well but in my opinion these portions are so small and i don't understand how you can be satisfied with the amount

      I thought this too, then I noticed it is because the recipes are denser in fats than they are in carbohydrates, fats contain more calories per gram.

    if u put your milk of choice in IceCube trays and make frozen milk cubes and use those in half proportion to the liquid milk your smoothies will turn out to be a lot thicker and creamier
    its like icecream custard :')

      I think her point is...the metal will scratch and ruin your teflon pan. You should use a wood spoon!

      It is actually. Its SO filling!!!! I ate half of it and I was satisfied. i didn't feel hungry for a few hours after eating it. The chia seeds are filling. You don't look at portion size all the time. You look at the filling ingredients in it.

    You guys need to try banana ice cream, smoothie bowls just aren't the same (no sinking!) just use frozen banana not fresh ones and less liquid and its ice cream consistency!!!

      dude same.. I've been tracking my breakdown of carbs/sugar/fats/proteins that I eat in a day, and maaaan factor in exercise, I would starving if I only ate what they ate. Maybe the portions were just that small for the video

      Keana Majestic full fat coconut milk and 2 tbsp of chia seeds is 120kcal, plus the toppings (banana 50, tbsp of cacao nibs 60, hemp hearts again 60) easily 400kcal all together

    looks so good, but agave is just sugar. Some how people got convinced that it's healthy but its not. it does spike blood sugar levels.

    I'm definitely gonna make the chia pudding and stuffed pepper! Everything looked sooo good :)
    My favourite recipes are extremely simple .. Frozen banana and berry smoothie and green smoothies! I also like quinoa a lot together with canned sliced tomatoes (blended), kidney beans and lentils .. So quite similar to your recipe :)

    Do NOT use metal utensils on coated pans!!! Especially if they're teflon coated, as the body can't rid itself of teflon and the substance is toxic. In fact, if you still have teflon coated cookware, do yourself a HUGE favor and toss them out (preferably in the recycling). There ARE some newer coatings that can withstand the scratching of steel utensils, but they're a bit pricier than those that can't. Alternatively, copper and cast iron cookware are great. Some would rope stainless steel cookware in there too, but then there's the whole process of making steel stainless, but that's a subject of a whole new rant.

    Cooked oil is a health destroyer. Use water, then add the oil when you are done cooking, you'll experience a whole new level of fresh. :) Thanks for the inspirational videos, really great.

    What I eat in a day: I eat a wide variety however I like porridge with fresh fruit, chia seeds, flax seeds, and goji berries, or if in the mood for savoury then the middle eastern foul for breaky is amazing (an example of this is on "vegtastickitchen"'s instagram feed. For lunch it's usually left over dal or salad (usually fattoush, tabbouleh, hummus) I like to add pumpkin and sunflower seeds. For dinner we like to make either a spicy Indian dal (lately we have tried a few from vegan Richa's Indian cookbook) or we've also discovered a one pot Mexican quinoa dish (we were inspired by "letscookvegan"'s instagram picture of a one pot Mexican dish and it's been a fav ever since). We top the Mexican dish with a squeeze of lime and avo. I first got introduced to a plant based diet for health reasons following the Alkaline way of life, but then after seeing some of the documentaries and having my eyes opened to the horrors poor creatures are enduring for no good reason, I decided to try and see if I could be vegan. It has seemed like a natural and effortless transition. So there you are...

    steam the peppers in a pot with the lid on in a couple of inches of boiling water to soften the peppers *4-5min* , then stuff and bake for 20 min . By softening the peppers you cut cooking time in more than half + it will keep them moist while baking bcz oven tends to dehydrate

    I love it. I've trying to follow this vegan life style. I made the chia pudding. I like to call it chia yogurt. It just reminds me me of a delicious yogurt. When I made it again, I used mango and chia.....OMG. it was so amazing. This is my go to now. 😊

    All of these look delicious, they really do, but this is not nearly enough food, and I am not a person who tends to overeat. Carbs were way less than what they should be (the ones from fruits don't count).
    However, thank you for the recipes. You guys are a great team and it was a pleasure to listen and watch you in action!

    I'd like to know how much you spend on average per week on groceries.
    I live in the UK and to live a lifestyle like yours you would be spending a LOT of money. Most of these products are only available from specialised health shops and are very expensive.
    Organic fruit and vegetables are also a lot more expensive obviously.
    I'm guessing you must have a substantial income due to your TH-cam videos and as your 'lifestyle' is also your work you have more time to 'forage' and a higher income than the average person to spend on specialist health food.
    It would be great if you included more detailed costing in your videos so viewers can make comparisons to their own individual countrie's market values and work out what they should be paying etc.
    I have a very healthy diet and a slightly above average income, but I can't really justify including the products you include regularly in my diet if I am to service other aspects of my health/fitness, financial and social life. (although I definitely consume more protein foods than you guys, from what Ive seen you are nowhere near close to consuming enough for healthy muscle maintenance and repair if your videos are true indications of your diet, especially if you do regular aerobic exercise).

    💚 The Chia pudding recipe is delicious, even though I could not find the cacao nibs, I added some fresh bananas and strawberries, I will find the cacao nibs next time. It was a new beginning for the 14 day summer pilates challenge! I am transitioning to a whoke food plant based diet and I am not use to the Chia seeds but they are growing on me now, I enjoyed the pudding!

    I discovered Chia Seed pudding a few weeks ago - I am obsessed! It's not only delicious, easy and vegan, it gives you an energy boost like no other. I did not try mixing frozen strawberries- can't wait to try that tonight. For those who think its not enough food - trust me - as an Italian who can eat literally a loaf of Italian bread and a big bowl of macaroni - this meal fills you. If you need more - I usually add a tea spoon of organic ground flax seed. Thank you Boho Beautiful for another "beautiful" video. I am so grateful that I found you.

    New Pescatarian and Yogi of two weeks! I’m enjoying it so far and already see an incredible difference in my strength, flexibility and a slimmer waist on the way! I wanted to suggest to everyone to put frozen fruit into the pudding after it sits overnight and it gives it almost an ice cream treat vibe. SO YUMMY!

    I'm not a vegan but I've been making chia pudding for years the cool thing is you can make so many flavors whatever you like, also to thicken your smoothies use avocados, my fav smoothie is banana avocado, plain yogurt caoco powder, hemp seeds and choc mint leaves (I have an herb garden so i grow this) tastes like a mint choc. milkshake

    Can you pls do a 5 min outer thigh workout that slim legs and doesn't make your muscles bulky??!

      Bella 13 hey try laying on back with arms above your head then lift legs straight up don't hold and raise arms up as u lower legs then bend from hips and reach for toes or ankles or what u can reach and lay back down and repeat - the slower I lift and lower the harder the workout depending on your fitness - I found this yoga exercise for bad backs in the 70's and haven't needed a chiropractor since - if back pain do only one but 50 morning and night gets rid of all cellulite and slims and tones whole body!!

      If you want to slim by losing fat, you can't target a specific body area. Your whole body will lose fat if you consume less calories than you need in a day. If you want to lose muscle, simply don't exercise that part of your body (might be easier said than done, depending on your lifestyle).

      There's no 5 mim workout in this world that will make your muscles "bulky". Lol. And : YOU CAN NOT SPOT REDUCE!! You can only lose weight. Your body will decide where.

    The best way to keep your smoothie bowl thick is to add less liquids ie; almond milk and more frozen fruits. your smoothie bowl will be thick and delicious! Great video, that scenery/environment looks so tranquil. love the vibes
