It's pretty good brother. It's been a while since I put it on. It has been handling constant rain and sun ever since. On top of that, a family of 3-4 cats have been resting and playing on top of it since the past few months and I must tell that is has endured quite a lot. But still all that's visible is a few patches of dot but no long tear marks. It's quite worth the money actually. Go for it!
