This version of Mazinger Z has to be my personal favorite out of all the ones in SRW. Just handled so well in the story and the animations. I love how the Iron Cutter works and how it’s introduced in the story was a lot of fun.
Yeah,the manga of Mazinger Zero is a shit but the desing of Mazinger Zero is perfect,is a great decision introduce part of the historiy with Shin Mazinger

Finally, Shin Mazinger gains 2 of some of his(it's?) more classic attacks: 1:39 Iron Cutter(VERY impressive blades) and 1:42 the Drill Missiles. Will we see the Glacier Beam and Missile Punch?
Damn, the translation is really good, much better than the one they did for Moon Dwellers. Genuinely impressed, also gotta love that Iron Cutter attack, i think it's the first time Shin Mazinger has used that attack, same thing with the Drill Missile. All that's missing from the classic Mazinger is the Daisharin Rocket Punch, and i recall the Mazinger Army in Shin Mazinger having an attack that combined Rust Hurricane with Breast Fire and the Narrator implying that Mazinger Z could also do it, can't recall the name of that attack but since they went ahead and give Shin the Iron Cutter and Drill Missile, they could have also given Shin that attack.

Personally, don't care if it has better animation or not. The fact is, we got a shit load of awesome animes in one great SRW game. In English Sub no doubt, I am eternally greatful for it.
maybe because there will be an event in the game where you fight against other allies by an enemy plan like mind control or something else. I remember something similar in SRW J (in a mission the units of Nadesico except the Nadesico ship get outcontrol and fight against your team)

Fun fact - in this game, he doesn't have the Mazinger Army as backup like he does in the anime...he uses Mazinger's 6th Black Box to WARP REALITY.
