I am so down for this Glamping Resort. The Falls look epic. Great hiking trails. I love that is has a pool and clean restrooms. Mmm make me a Sandwich too 🤤. Great tour guys.
This was such a thorough walkthrough on this camp site. Wow I wasn’t expecting for it to be that covered with water from the rain. Good to know! And I love that there is a pool and cabins people are able to rent. Looking forward to your next video.
This village look so beautiful and well maintained, all the green alleyways and cute houses looks amazing. Your camping journey is so intriguing and fascinating. We would definitely love to try camping in future to have natural feel of life
The best part of our stay over Bon Echo was kayaking. My kids even went far under the bridge on the left turn of the river. The caretaker/ranger is friendly and accommodating. The negative side was too much mosquitoes, no suprise for that.
Black fly season is late May, early June. Once temps rise, they go. Then come deer flies. They are aggressive as they will target you. Swatting them makes them more determined to bite you. Their bites hurt worse than black flies. 😊
I think we just experienced deer flies at Wheatley Provincial Park and they were awful! Massive compared to black flies and mosquitoes... there was one that was out to get me and just kept coming back to attack. After that I ran inside the trailer for the night 🤣
i want a camper tour of your trailer , looks like a great size, what are your pros and cons of it ? anything you would change ? if a new addition were to enter your lives would it be large enough to accommodate 1 or 2 more peeps ? Happy Vacations , PS, Just did Silent lake PP and it was amazing , Cheers !
I did a tour of it here! If you put the table down it could accommodate a child, but it's not really built in our opinion for more than 1 or 2 people... tight quarters. But great storage! Silent Lake os awesome, we went earlier this year. Happy camping! th-cam.com/video/jzSle17Zi2Q/w-d-xo.html
Some are quite expensive compared to Provincial Parks, but this one specifically was pretty comparable and offered a nice pool and water on site. We've looked at a few KOAs and other private Parks and rates sometimes start at $100 a night!
It looks still pretty muddy out there! Sorry you got dirty feet. Lot of water there for sure. But it looks like a nice beach, when there is one... All the best
@@TheAverageTourist My latest e-bike was purchased for my wife's birthday, it is foldable and has the fat tires. Purchased with the larger battery and has throttle so no pedaling needed. Taking it camping so we can enjoy the trails, and so far it has gone a long way on the initial charge. Purchased from Amazon.
This looks like a fantastic place for camping! The pool area looks great! 😄
Yeah it was a fun place to experience

Howich per night is the glamping?
Haha it was a good sandwich. The falls were pretty and I loved the pool.
What an amazing adventure! I love the Tiny Village Bon Echo. Thanks for sharing your experience.
Glad you enjoyed it!

Glad you enjoyed it! The cabins looked so cute. I really liked the pool for swimming.
The cell reception here was awesome!!!
It really was, considering Bon Echo Provincial Park was so awful/nonexistent with signal.
The nearby lake with access to the pool looks like a great weekend. Thank you for sharing.
It was a great weekend destination.

Thank you so much 😊 We love camping and encourage everyone to give it a try.
Excellent, thanks for making these videos. I love my mini Blackstone as well.❤
It's such a great way to cook. Thanks for your kind comment!
WoW! That’s Lovely! Cheers for more awesome and incredible adventures!🥂🤩❤️✨
Thank you! 😃
Hopefully one day we will make it to Canada and join your amazing camping adventures with you! Just dreaming ♥
Yes one day that would be amazing!!

Yes those mosquitoes will get ya! I loved kayaking there as well, such a beautiful park.
Thank you ❤
I have a seasonal site at tiny village bon echo for many years,it's very beautiful
The seasonal sites there look great. Lots of space and privacy between them.
Camping sounds nice, but glamping sounds more my speed! Great place with options for everyone.
the night shots with the fire looks awesome. looks like a lovely place to stay, although i see once again bug spray sounds very important!
Haha yes, this season we should have bought shares in bug spray companies

Good video, and what is the attachment your husband has on his hat?
Thanks! It's a dragonfly clip. Supposedly, it keeps black flies, deer flies, and horse flies away so they don't bite you!
There is a municipal boat ramp further downstream at Snow Road Station.
Oh good to know!! It was even too difficult to get to the rentals because of the water levels, so next time we'll look that launch up.
@@TheAverageTourist There's another one even closer on River Road plus a couple more on Crotch Lake, which is part of the same river system.
@@kingstonsean thanks for the info!! Very helpful for a future trip.
There's a fantastic, natural, public beach about 12 minutes away at Sand Lake.
Oh that's great to know for next time. We plan to be back one day!

You had a better experience there than the one on the Ottawa River. They aren’t very nice there
Oh no! Sorry to hear that.
Do you find the non Ontario Provincial Parks more expensive or comparable because of the amenities?

Yes when there is a beach it looks like a nice area!
An add on of prevention, long pants against ticks
Yes good tip! I had one this summer, so I have been trying to stay more vigilant - this time I did a thorough tick check after the hike.
@TheAverageTourist a friend still has complications from last summer
Is this inside Bob echo provincial park?
No this is a private campground.
It didn't rain.
Finally a weekend with no rain here!
This is our first year for electric bikes, will report later.
Would love to hear how they work. My husband needs one he doesn't really need to pedal for his knee. Let me know!!
