Sampson your guest is not thinking right. How can a man say it takes only men to take care of women. That's wrong. Equalling rights is what we need to preach.
Training a lot of ordinary law people isn’t any achievement !!! A lot of lawyers yet can’t even interpret the common laws of the land; always arguing on the same laws. We need more important professionals than just lawyers. A developing nation with focus on law; ordinary arguments.
And he mentioned that these are not ordinary people, these are people who have passed by all standards. Some will eventually lose the fire in them to practice astute law, and some will be great towards the development of the nation. It is not their responsibility to ensure all lawyers become ordinary. Some of these professors are using their education to bring injustice in Ghana . Here in The U S , a lot of women are paying child support and also alimony to their ex . If the wife is richer than the husband , then I think the wife must pay alimony to ex husband after divorce .
Wealth sharing must not be the concern of a Man. Its a man responsibility to keep the home in check, STOP shirking that responsibility and take charge. Bring back masculinity. Let men be MEN and Women be WOMEN.
Inaccurate. Who told you a lot of women are paying child support in America? Did you check your facts? If most women are the custodians of the children, how can most of them pay for child support?

Christians live in a new dispensation where marriage is typical of the relationship between Christ Jesus (husband) and the church (wife) "Ephesians 5:22-31". Equality before God (Galatians 3:28).
Genesis 2:18, 21-24 clearly states why woman was made by God (The nature of man that was lost in Gen. 3). The circumstances (curse) of Genesis 3:16-19 that he (Prof. Kwaku Azar) based his views on, were the result of man's disobedience to God (see Gen 3:1-7) and not man's intended nature (also found in Ephesians 5:26-27).
This is why the christian must live according to the spirit and not the flesh. So Jesus himself said in John 4:24 (KJV) God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth.
I don't get him oh . We all say that in this 21st century the role of a woman isn't just to be in the kitchen as has been the case for ages . The same applies to the fact that ,in the past women where only supposed to remain in the kitchen and not provide income for the family hence she had no income of her own . Thats why in the past and in customary law , men can't claim part of the womans property . But in this age women are leaving the kitchen and gaining income so i don't get why now their wealth shouldn't be shared. Hope yall get me , it is fair if the woman's property is also shared . The same way we all agree its archaic for a woman to stay in the kitchen ,lets all agree its archaic not for the womans property to be shared. Peace 😅
you probably didn't listen to how he debanged this point you have just raised. Yes, its true, women are getting away from the kitchen to work, however, its this same women who close from work and get back to the kitchen mostly. you only have a few men who would be in the kitchen, take care of the kids, take them to school when they don't have their job. men who are home for whatever reason won't take up this role judiciously like a woman would.
