I discovered Dutch Uncle yesterday accidentally as Everything Everything's latest album finished. . Holy Cow. They are Brilliant. There is something more in the music, than with most bands and at least 20 of my favorite artists are in there somewhere all fused into something very new.. Well done Gents. Cant wait to hear more !
I don't know what it is about this song. It took me a long time to really "hear" it. Big Balloon was such a grower album, and this in particular kept slipping through the cracks for me until one time it just fully clicked and hit me hard. Quite probably their best song. Music can be an enigma sometimes.
Seen them a few times Cardiff and bristol best band I've seen and heard for a long long time superb they should do the main stage in Glastonbury it would be awesome how they ain't massive I don't now it's a crime
"on dutch uncles not being in their streetlight video" when the artist doesn't become between the audience and the art, the audience feels more present. forget the artist, stick to the art.
