What's up guys, I am "Aventouro" and I have just traveled to "Lenzerheide" in Switzerland. Let me show you the top places and give you some insights on the best winter adventures.
1. In this winter wonderland with many slopes and lifts, you can also just come to the amazing "Parpaner Rothorn" for a drink or a meal and just enjoy the altitude and the breathtaking view. You can also enjoy a full moon dinner and other events up here.
2. Do you admire snow groomers and the cool job they have? You can become "King of One Night" and join them on an awesome trip on the steep mountains. You'll be in the cockpit as a co-pilot, preparing the slopes in the best company.
3. Sledding at night? Of course! At the "Light Ride" you are the pilot. Slide down to the valley and master this incredible multisensory experience.
4. The "Magic Forest" is an event you can enjoy in December. It’s a feast for all the senses. Just walk from the village into this world of light art, music, and culinary delights. It's an overall experience for young and old, a feast for the senses where you can discover a wonderfully enchanting world.
5. The Lenzerheide valley is definitely worth a stroll, and walking through the forest there is a good chance you’ll meet some squirrels. The view of the frozen lake is magnificent and lets you enjoy the spread of the valley.
6. In Lenzerheide, you can find marvelous places to eat and stay, such as the "Valbella Resort" - a 4-Star Superior Hotel with all the amenities.
7. Schweizerhof located in the heart of Lenzerheide has a unique wellness oasis with one of the most beautiful hamams you can find in the Alps.
8. Last but not least is the "Guarda Val Hotel." This boutique-style hotel offers a special rustic yet modern feel. The hotel consists of 11 huts and stables which are up to 300 years old, but top-standard renovated and equipped.
Lenzerheide valley is a mecca for winter sports enthusiasts but also for people who just seek a secluded winter wonderland for breathtaking adventures, only around 2 hours away from Zurich Airport by car or public transport.
