I really liked how hard you went in on the negative comment reviewers. Had a good time watching this, mine will arrive tomorrow so I am even more excited now.
I bought 3 of these 3 yrs ago at the BX on a military base on sale during Christmas for $64 each. These are really amazing and still work great. I agree no issues no static and sounds crisp and clear. It's a Gem of a speaker and you can just use it as a speaker system for your cell phone in the kitchen
Just got it now, awesome sound for the price. Really happy ,perfect for desktop speakers for music,games etc. Great sound quality for the size. Very impressed.
For music that is bass prominent, you need a subwoofer thats around 100watt RMS or more. Not Peak power (marketing jargon), RMS power is the real power rating.
I got mine a few months ago I personally liked the bass but the table speakers not so much, So I got my hands on some Sony SS-CGPX6 and switched out the two table speakers. Also I think having Dolby Atmos might improve the sound in my opinion
I am getting no sound after hooking up all cables. The 3.5 plug is in the audio Jack on a KVM Switch and hooked to the speakers. The power is on. No sound. I also disconnected the 3.5 plug from the KVM Switch and connected it directly to the PC and still, no sound. The Blue plug is connected to the blue on the speaker. The black is connected to the black on the speaker. What else?
Just got mine, when I got to windows sound settings and click on the speakers to test them, I don't get the test sound out of the subwoofer. I do have sound coming out of it when I play music, it's not dead, but shouldn't it play the windows test sound? I have it configured as 5.1 with subwoofer and left/right speakers only
You're listening to a speaker, from a microphone, over the internet, thru your own speakers/headphones. If you think you are getting a truly accurate representation of their sound, you're delusional.

The base will sound good only in certain spots, so you need to play a little bit with the placement of the subwoofer.

set the sound setup to 2.1 in windows sound settings. then run the test again.
