Hey, just listening to your video. Have you cleaned up your email list? You might be paying for contacts that haven't opened one of your emails in over a year. You could run a few email campaigns to try to re-engage the contacts that are inactive and if they still don't open your emails you could delete them off your list. Just an idea to optimise your email list and not have to go up to the next plan, at least not yet :-)
I've actually have been cleaning up my email list using the bulk remove feature BUT.... it also removes people who have "Apple Privacy Opens" which means that I have deleted some contacts who have opened my emails but don't show up as "opened." A little bit confusing but that's why I stopped deleting contacts! @@gabuko_web_studio

Another great video! I have a suggestion if you want to do less coaching but still want to help people. It is to do group coaching sessions instead of one-on-one. I've got a creative business coach and from time to time she'd host group coaching and it was really fun and beneficial because we got to hear other people's questions and also felt less alone in our journey. TH-cam would be an amazing income source for you since you are already an accountant... Lots of digital product ideas, courses, services etc you could offer. And you're already an "expert" with a real designation (unlike me who is just relying on experience)

i was about to say try to make another youtube channel for the things that is not related to your businesses more like social network kind of channel, that might be easier for you to post whatever videos on Instagram as a short on youtube 1-time job and post it on both platforms. saves time & doubles the effort good luck !! 💜

You can also do sponsord emails for your list brands pay really well to send email letters you can counter that cost that way 10k emails thats an ez5k a month.

Your ideas are great, but I think it will serve you better if you’re more selective and not spread yourself thin. Trust me, I’ve got too much experience with this ;) Your channel is awesome though.

I've been a Canva contributor for almost three years now, and they are rejecting my submissions now 😢. However, I'm unsure about templates. I have a couple other ideas as well ( digital marketing agency, dropshipping and Etsy store ) but i feel like first i have to get some momentum on YT then i will try those ideas, what's your take on that ? should i do all of em at once or just focus on one ???
It's awesome you have so many ideas for what you want to do! I would say it's best to start off with one or two things at first, or else it might get too hectic and you might feel all over the place. I know I felt like that before, so I always just focus on one or two new things at a time

For finance tracking, definitely Lunch Money because it can sync with your bank accounts. I'd use Notion for planning, to-do lists, taking notes, getting organized.
