I just got in for Winter 2025 with the Regent for transfer students! I live in an area where the beach is (between UCSB and UCLA), and I never really go, but I understand for those who really want a beach vibe. I thought my CC was pretty socially dead, but I learned it wasn't exactly true-I just had to look for it myself to get involved. Riverside, the city itself, holds emotional significance to me because my sister went to CSDR (California School for the Deaf), and it was the best thing for her, so I have fond memories of the riverside itself. Congrats to everyone!
I’ll be a new grad student at ucr and I’m really curious about the university spirit, like whether people are proud of their school and during the game season, would they go all out to support UCR
