I love this channel! So direct so informative! I've listened and watched a lot of training video's training pod casts, this one by far is my favourite.
No bullshit chit chat just all the information you want to know. Keep it up guys 👍👍👍 and thanks.

Max, great stuff...more content like this! Outside of the scope of your video, but still worth calling out: *pain prevention* (e.g.: mobility and warm-ups) which I almost completely ignored as a younger athlete.

Great one, really useful! As a Crossfitter, both my shoulders are always in pain when I put them in specific positions, I'm always wondering if that's just normal or something's wrong with me

Warm-up really well before your morning session, today I mowed the lawn before my strength session and it was like I had just done 2 hours of ROMWOD. The point is you want to get loose, get the synovial fluid in the joints, get the fascia unglued from the muscle bellies, if I'm not sweating out of my forearms I'm not warmed up enough. You do that, lift with proper technique, and follow a program that isn't just a meat grinder but actually avoids overuse injjuries, you'll never get injured.

Spot on info! Digging the message TTT is putting out. Curious- what are your thoughts on Minimum Effective Dose training? Any chance you could do a video on it?
