That's so true. I have insurance claim family biz and stand for HO to fight with insurance. I was really broke my heart sometimes too. So, i am immigrant and become US citizen do all on my own. And I find out piece in my mind to become part of immigration agency where win-win situation between employer and immigrant who desire to become lawful permeant resident in the US. the only problem now is that those with L2S I-94's are not receiving their SS Cards. They do not verify because no one informed SS about this change....at least here in NYC

Hello sir I had applied for the U visa in 2018. My lawyer promised me that I’m going to get work permit within a year. Now it’s been more than 3 years still waiting for my work permit. my lawyer is saying they’re still in the process but as far as I know we can get the work permit within a year. I don’t seen any progress should I change my lawyer?

Hello. I hope someone could lead me towards the right path. My sister's husband married her so he could come to the usa. Shes a usa citizen but currently living abroad and waiting for her husband to get a job and buy an apartment etc..... now she needs him but hes sort of backing off. They have been married for 3 years. And the number 1 biggest problem is that she was sort of a special child. Now an adult btw. If she was 100% normal, this wouldn't be happening. So he basically used her. Is there anyway he can be deported?
And because is my first time I come overseas I did not understand about the work permit because I did not understand how to extend it so right now it is expired

Hope my message find you well. I am originally from Turkey US citizen. I applied GC for my son last May and miracles happened couple months ago and my sons approval process time dropped from 58 months to 4 months. We keep tracking the process daily and still shows 4 months. As you all may know there has been a big earthquake happened in TR. My son is okay but he lives very close to the epic center area so I am enormously worried. I am worrying whether I questioned immigration may impact the waiting time. Or is there any way I can expedite his visa process? Please help.

If my fiancé came on b2 visa,, did a court marriage with me, went back to India and applied for h4 visa.. is there a chance they would decline her h4? Because she came on visitor visa and married a h1 visa person to get h4 ? Not sure if she should declare marriage plan during purpose of visit during her b2 visa travel
