Just bought my first Brompton here in Canada. I rode with Elliot when he lived here and worked at the LBS. Great to see your videos and love the Brompton lifestyle. Mark.
Hi @CrazyLittleBikeGirl Elliot's bag is a Freitag Coltrane like the ones featured in this video th-cam.com/video/SNTLxIF9h5Q/w-d-xo.html Each is uniquely coloured as they're made from recycled truck tarps.
Great video, relaxing story. How did you do the filming? Did someone use a drone, or how could you capture video from front of riders? Riding backwards while holding camera 🎥 sounds difficult 😊. Stabilisation works great, are you using gimbal or some new GoPro (mine is Hero 5, it gives quite shaky results). Regards: Cycling Finn
Yes - riding backwards holding a stabilised camera... the backwards camera person (me) was a passenger on an electric bike. I edited me and Martin (the rider) out but you can see the bike parked in the bg at the Swedish bakery
I missed you guys, I flew from Bangkok to Melbourne in July and wanted so much to bring my Brompton, but decided not to in the end, I can't tell you how much I missed my M6R. Next time I want to join you on a ride if I can. ps. I love your handlebar, actually been looking for something like it, can you tell me the brand & model?
Hi - If you mean Elliot's bike (racing green) he has an S bar with modified mountain bike handlebars. He does all sorts of crazy mods with his shed full of cycles and parts ;-)
I'm using a couple of GoPros - one fixed, one on an arm - and a Fujifilm DSLR on a stabilizer. And I'm riding facing backwards on an electric bike. Have to have trust in the pedal person - Martin.
@@BikeStuffPDX I'd love to hear your on- Brompton shooting techniques. The reason we have two on a bike if so that we can pan, do zooms and have a bit more framing control -but depending on the event, we can't always shoot this way.
That larger handlebar is a nice upgrade
Looks great! We also have similar events in Taiwan every week,
Love this. More of these lifestyle videos please!

4:42 What I love about my Brompton is that my wife doesn’t even know I have a Brompton.
🤣
Love it!!!
Hi! Will you pls share what is the name, size of your front bag and where to buy it? Tysm

Best bike I’ve ever owned, rapidly became my daily commuter, weekend leisure ride and long distance tourer. 🤗

How tall is that little lady? Asking because I’m only 5 feet and wonder if I can ride a Brompton. Thanks!
You'll have no probs at 5 feet. Make sure to test the handlebar config before you buy though.

Elliot told me that he uses an S-bar with modded mountain bike handlebars. Don't know the brand, I'm afraid.
Question, is ur Bike H bar with mini M handlebar?

What are you shooting the rides with?

@@bromptonaustralia The bike you're riding facing backwards must not be a Brompton though ;)
@@BikeStuffPDX Martin would have a hernia doubling me on a Brompton! Think it was a Tern electric.
@@bromptonaustralia I actually ride on a Tern myself, but now I also have a solution for shooting backwards that could work with a Brompton too.

What’s your helmet brand??
Elliot is wearing a Giro Radix mountain bike helmet
What accent at 1:31? Yorkshire?
You might be right...
