dude thank u no bullshit ive been workin on a couple mini bikes a while, and im not mechanically inclined at all, im just figuring stuff out as i go and thats worked out pretty well, except one thing.. the gaaaawd for saken electric starter on a tillotson 212... ive been very very frutstrated trying to properly wire in a rectifier, battery, push button keyless start (very similiar to the one u have), and a headlight and a tiny tail light... nobody has explained it that perfectly.. for real thanks
Quick question would having a light switch to turn the light off allow the charging coils to charge the battery enough to run the light when it’s needed
installing a switch is certainly a good idea. If it will allow the charging coil to charge the battery will be determined by how long you have the switch off and what RPM you are running the engine
Great video!
My kit is on its way.

What battery is that? I have a b200r and even the 10ah won’t fit like that one fits. I can make it work, but it will be closer to the motor.
What diode comes with kit lost mine
Hey bud! You wouldn't happen to know how much AC voltage the lighting kit puts out?
How do you wire it I’m confused on Mine
Will this work on the trailmaster mb200?
I am sorry at this time we have only tested it with Coleman mini bikes
What type of diode did you use? I found a multi pk but there are different ones
does this work on a KT196 coleman go kart? I guess the question is are the engines the same on the go kart and the mini bike?
The engines are the same just check to make sure you have room for the starter. the picture looks like there is room
Do you think it would work on a Honda 179cc costed mini bike?
sorry I do not know
Where can i buy that battery? How many Cold Cranking Amps do i need to turn this on?
recommended cca is 300 however that battery was less than that and works. I think we bought that one from revzilla

Will it work on a bt200x
it will work on the BT200X Coleman
This is so cool! I’m going to snag one. Is there a link to the kit?

brilliant! Where are you located? Will pay for a pro install 😎
We are in Massachusetts however we are a parts warehouse and distribution center and do not do installs.
Can you tell me exactly what battery you used? I just looked up the website but I have mo clue which one to order.
