I remember being in the Minibuses/vans with Dave and at least 10 other riders and Bikes on the roof / or if we were lucky in a trailer behind. There were some interesting journeys with Trailers breaking down and having to then get all the bikes and riders inside. Setting off in the early hours to head off all over the country. The riders in the back got to at least get some sleep, but Willie and Jill smith then Judged / organised the events as well as doing the driving.

Just discovered the channel, I first met Dave and his Cw Bars at the Windy Nook track and it lived up to its name absolutely lethal 😂 It was fantastic being brought down memory lane. I was thinking of all the places and faces shops and wondering if hed mention them which he pretty much did. i remember going down on a coach from Heworth Metro down to Holeshot great times Daves an absolutely amazing rider. Thanks for these shows there amazing.
