I'm a Christian girl from lebanon (middle east), our numbers are dwindling quickly, and as usual a threat of religious and sectarian civil war always looms over the country, although our communities are segregated we are in big danger, not too long ago hezbollah terrorists, armed with military grade weapons,marched into Christian neighborhood of Beirut and terrorized its people, same happened in tripoli, armed sunnies roamed the streets forbidding Christians from going to church and made their days miserable and kept them in fear, as in 1975 when the Christians fought like heroes and were able to retain our Christian faith, this time with our numbers this low, i don't think we would be able to fend off for ourselves, pray for us.. don't forget us... 🙏

Hahaha, same here, I've cried to this particular chant when praying the sorrowful mysteries, but then I also listen to it at the gym and feel like a beast. It's a chant that inspires strenght and power, yet it also humbles us and reminds us how lost we would be without Christ.

I am not Catholic, but im a protestant, a Presbyterian, to be exact, and i can not help but feel my belief in christ reinforced when i listen to these chants. Every couple of months or when im struggling in life, i come here, and these chants make me feel just a little better. Pray, pray,... and pray even more. Lust is beaten by prayer. Speaking from experience brother. Pray a lot and I will pray for you too that God frees you of that sin. Salvation of the spirit comes from God alone, not your will to do it. Ask Him for help and help will be given. Then it will not be hard nor impossible, and you will never fail again if you walk with God and renew your covenant with Him every day.

Hahaha, same here, I've cried to this particular chant when praying the sorrowful mysteries, but then I also listen to it at the gym and feel like a beast. It's a chant that inspires strenght and power, yet it also humbles us and reminds us how lost we would be without Christ.

I'm christian and I've done some digging and it turns out my family's clan was part of the first crusade. I often wish I just just get a glimpse of my ancient ancestry . Hearing chants like this make me so proud of my history. I truly wish I could be a templar.
