That butterfly needs a lot more vertical room to stretch its wings out. Also, notice how it is gripping the old chrysalis. That gold band you see on Monarch chrysalis is in fact a foothold for the newly eclosed butterfly. The J-Cats always face away from the sun so they can pivot around as butterflies and grab this groove. They now face the sun for when they take off.
