does anyone know how to resolve the issue with tracking numbers appearing as not found? I'm drop shipping from amazon to tiktok shop but the tracking numbers appear as not found and show no updates. This causes tiktok to mark them as awaiting shipment/collection (I don't get paid until it marks as delivered) when they have already been delivered. I'm starting to get a good number of orders but the tracking numbers just don't work. Any help is appreciated.

So when a customer opens a return or refund, you will have to coordinate it with your supplier, so they can give you a shipping label that you can provide to your buyer. Once the buyer sends it out and the supplier receives the return, you will be refunded by your supplier for the item's price, then you can refund your customer from there.
