    I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia this January but last year was a living hell not I used to work 5 days a week and now its 4 days now not it verifies from person to person it's the spasms in the leg for me

    Amazing how we are all so different with the same condition. If I stretch at all even to get something off a shelf my muscles spasm and lock, walking or exercise at all is hell. My best short period of relief is in the spring and summer when I can get in the hot tub.

    I find CBD helps me better for pain from fibromyalgia if I smoke it, but helps my anxiety if I eat it in a 20mg CBD gummy.

    For me Ldn ( low dose naltrexone) + cbd is the most efficient I barely feel any pain anymore ; hope it can help you too

    Thanks Bud!❤ Diagnosed over 25 years ago. Have and will try just about anything 😢! Had 3 injuring car accidents in 6 months. Had to have surgeries to my shoulder, neurologist wouldn't operate on my neck 😢, too dangerous 😢. Had Physio for YEARS. You are soo right, we are all so different. Biggest thing for us all is Accepting it, and NEVER giving up😂❤. Hardest has been EDUCATING my people!! Only you know what you are going through, SO BE KIND TO YOURSELF❤❤❤. THERE IS ALWAYS TOMORROW 😊❤😊

    Thank you, James. You doing these videos has helped me with one of my worst symptoms and that was the feeling no one understands what i go through just to get out of bed much less go to work . Thank you for giving me a place i can go to feel less alone . I to hope everyone is having a low pain day .

    I’m a chef and was diagnosed 2 years ago …. With my job I’m constantly on my feet and work ridiculous hours, I’ve smoked weed for years and was addicted to pain killers for a while but I found the one thing that has almost cured the pain in my feet is CBD ,I used a muscle balm everyday for months each night after work and I rarely get pain there now , unfortunately my hands have got worse but again I’m using the cbd but have just been told I have arthritis in them as well, iv always had a big problem with my sleep and again the cannabis and cbd helps emensely…..the pharmaceutical drugs that the doctor wants me to take are highLy addictive, which they don’t tell you ,and I couldn’t function properly at work on them… I highly recommend exercise ,fresh air , good vibes and positive thinking to always help with the fibro flares and pains, when I’m exhausted and have a lazy day I always feel worse than when I’ve done a 12 hr shift in the kitchen but we are all different so find what works for you… I also want to give James a big 👍 for these videos ,especially being a male with this illness I’ve noticed it’s mainly woman and the men are to embarrassed to talk about it, so fair play mate. Any suggestions for the itchy and weak skin pulse let me know …😊
