Make sure you equip lucky find as a inherited skill on whatever archetype you're using. The 20% chance to get an item after combat also includes the overworld combat
There's a better spot in the Abandoned Temple, where you can rake in 250 - 275 A EXP in 50 - 60 seconds when I was around level 39 - 40. You dont need to be this high, level, youd actually get more I'd imagine by being a lower level as long as you can defeat enemies in the overworked. I found it to be faster than this spot, and just better since they don't jump at you like these can.
I miss this place dearly. Still haven’t found a comparable farm since, but it also sounds like it’ll be a pain leveling all of your future party members if you’re at 60+ while they’re at 20/30+
@@blakeasisco Yeah, I just got there before heading to bed last night! Absolutely nutty, and now I wish I would’ve postponed a bit to get another character first.
Those red Crystals are key for farming , just beware that there are dimishing returns when you level up so its not always 11 a-xp it depends on your level
I also suggest putting all your members in the back row since moving rows is free and you get a defence bonus for being in the back row. I think theres also a skill that increases defence in the back row or when you get ambushed from the gunner arch.
I just do both. There's probably a more optimal method but I usually keep Merchant for MC to get money and Leaves and then party members on other non lvl 20 archetypes
The issue is i already beat this dungeon I'm on the part we are getting ready to get on the big giant ship to find so and so (I'm not saying nothing because of spoilers I haven't got that far yet)
So this is a dumb question, how are you doing that dash to close the gap between you and the enemies (What you're doing at 1:46)? I'm further than this and I don't know if I missed a pop up or something but I have to walk up to each enemy and the gap closer would be really helpful
I'm unsure what you mean but so far the best for me has been the forest with a ton of Goblins. There's a cat in the middle of it which means we don't have to ever go back to the entrance during farming I believe it's through one of the bounties, it will be obvious when you go there
I play on easy because imo all difficulty does in this game is make resource management more annoying. Yes it makes bosses harder but 90% of gameplay is regular enemies
@OnionCurry No, that's you lacking imagination of how difficulty could be implemented. Instead of straight-up bullet sponges, they could have given them the same stats but new interesting abilities. But they didn't do that, they went with the lazy stat increases. It's not intuitive. Also resources being more annoying isn't hard, it's just monotonous. Nice try but your argument is ass.
I personally feel there should’ve been an additional incentive to play on the harder difficulties other than just the thrill, skill, or achievement of it. For example. Exp, mag, & money earned. x1 on Storyteller / Easy x1.2 Normal x1.3 Hard x1.5 Regicide But that’s just me 🤷🏽♂️
Towards the end of the Cathedral, I went from hard to normal. It is extremely difficult because of the extra turn the enemy gets. Normal is quite easy, and right now I have 75k money and 40k magla, just beat the boss in this video.
If this is where you are in the game you might as well drop delete this. No point in farming here at all. There's a spot later in the game that's much better. The dungeon floor right under the boss has a mimic that drops hero leaves of light. The mobs are ez to beat and you can walk around the level 50 dude with no trouble. Takes about 30 secs to clear and reset the floor. $20k a run and you get enough A-exp to lvl up almost each run. Reserve chars also level up so each character should be dropping hero leaves of light every min, and you should be netting 40k a min. I know y'all think the crystals are meta but they aren't. Like at all
There are definitely heaps of places to farm but everyone will be in different areas in their playthrough. Plan on showcasing some of the ones I used to help in different areas of the game.
@@realzeffyy if that's your angle you might want to show off the forest map with the Dragonberry things. You can run the whole map, use the cat to respawn, repeat. The map early on is great for grinding. Afterwards either the Dragon Temple or Spire of Faith I mentioned above. There's no real point in grinding elsewhere, as each leap in the story provides more efficient opportunities to grind.
@@Majeedz93 the mimic respawns but it's not that relevant. You really only needed to have an Archetype that's mastered equipped on all your characters. Farm that way, when a mastered archetype gains exp they drop hero leafs of light. And once you master an Archetype the amount of exp is needs is reset back down to 1k a-exp. The Dragon God Tower or Spire of Faith are good farming spots.
Merchant Archetype is your best friend when grinding! Thanks for watching!
Does merchant have to be on the main character to get the field bonus? Or can any party member have it?

The music in the castle area is so good it’s my favorite one so far in Metaphor Re:Fantazio it gave me major Nier automata vibes
The issue I had with this one is the damn dogs kept hitting me constantly.
Can be rough lol but easy to dodge after a while.
Knight gets an out of combat heal that only costs 2 mana, combine that with Mage's mp Regen when killing monsters and you're set

@Romani_Peace oh i see, yeah eventually u get strong enough to not battle

Lock on to your enemy with L1/LB and attack 👍🏾

what level do you need to be to be able to kill the dogs without going into battle
I believe its 3-5 levels above their level (something like that). Feel free to change game to easy unless you are on Regicide.
how do i re enter a dungeon /mission to farm? i can´t open the grand cathedral mission.
this is not grand cathedral. this is second main dungeon.
If I put a merchant in everyone at the party, is it worth it?

Bad weather gives more xp
Also, yes, that's the place. With the black clothed ones that you had to kill a certain amount to summon the goblin bounty.
King of the imps bounty, goblin camp. Sorry, I was mistaken. But you're right.
i been grinding at the desert area.
