- In this video I go through building a manual valve body for the dodge/Chrysler 47RH transmission using a transgo TFOD3 kit
A 47re valve body follows a lot of the same instructions as well.
This goes through pages 1 through 4 and the next video covers the remaining pages as well as a test drive and diagnostics

Ive done the 2nd gear lock up mod, now when i locked it up in 2nd it shifts to 3rd then locks up while still in the 2nd gear selection on my b&m fmvb shifter... any ideas?

From looking at the instructions from Transgo it says that it works for them so you should be good to go!
Quick question the kit you’re putting in can we use that kit on a 42 RE otherwise a 500 transmission
Looking at the TFOD-3 Manual it says you can yup!
Does the 47RE rooster comb work on a 47rh?
I dont have 2 valve bodies side by side to do a proper comparison but I cant imagine they are any different. Heck, a 46re one should be the same as well. Did you lose yours?
trans go website says this kit dosent fit the 48re
Yeah you have to use a 47re/47RH (possibly even 46re or rh) valve body in the 48re
