They didn't. You can set the costumes that appear in replays. Replay channels are doing it because it gets more immediate clicks since hey, new looks etc.

It’s 5-6 dollars per outfit, seems normal to me if that don’t float your boat and you expected to get all of them, you should have got the fighting pass
This girl character is insanely over powered. Those throws do crazy damage all the time. To do that much damage with a throw as a faster character is totally overkill.
