Yes most of the caregivers have used agents to come to the UK. Pl check with them where you are going to work. Be careful there are bogus agents

English is very important when you work in the uk. I'm in the uk right now. Some sri lankan people asking care giver jobs, but they can't speak English and having 5.5 or 6.5 for IELTS. Don't say that you're fluent in English. I have seen people who has those marks for IELTS and they can't speck English. Better improve your English before work as caregiver. Because if you do a small mistake can be effect on your entire career. Here health rule are very strict and CQC monitoring most of the things.
Im still confusing about the UKVI dependent rules of care worker because in my carehome there are main applicant who got skill visa after march 11 and their dependent also received the visa(inside uk) do you have any idea why some people successful their dependant visa?

A Statement of Changes to the Immigration Rules was published on Tuesday 10 September and can be found here: Statement of changes to the Immigration Rules: HC 217, 10 September 2024 - GOV.UK (www.gov.uk).
We want to highlight one important change in this Statement for Students applying for immigration permission under the ‘Student’ route on or after 2 January 2025.
The amounts of money Students will be required to have available as evidence of meeting the maintenance requirements, if applying under the Student route on or after 2 January 2025 will increase. The new amounts are as follows:
£1483 per month in London (up to a maximum of 9 months)
£1136 per month outside London (up to a maximum of 9 months)
The maximum amount of money that can be offset for accommodation will also be increased in line with the changes to the maintenance requirement. This will be £1483 for those applying under the Student route on or after 2 January 2025.

You can. Your new employer should register with Care Quality Commission before you change employment
The person who came with student visa also can accompany with their dependents .

If both parents who are already in Uk will get caregiver sponsorship then can we keep our kids with us
not at the moment. But if the rule changes this month you can keep them. Visitors cant change the status
